This newly listed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit has never been rented by this owner. So it will book up extremely fast!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*Gulf front master suite – = With a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed, a large flat screen tv and its own private balcony.

The 3rd bedroom has TWO QUEEN size beds and an en suite bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has a TWIN over FULL size bunk bed with a twin size bed over it to sleep 3 comfortably. It has a large flat screen tv

This Unit is on the 11th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs should you choose to eat in.

The full size washer and dryer are new high end front load units.

Condo was nice but needed some repairs to kitchen cabinets and fridge but over all a great stay. Great view and easy access to beach and pool. Very spacious balcony.

The location was great . The Majestic is very nice the staff is not the friendliest. The unit is pretty but needs a lot of attention. All of the lamps knobs were broke off only had one lamp that was able to turn on . The pantry door came off every time we opened it. The dining room light blew while staying . The kitchen cabinets are peeling and didn’t want to shut . The sliding glass door from living room was very hard to open . Took some strength to get it open . These issues did not stop us from enjoying our vacation just felt like they needed to be mentioned so someone is aware

The Majestic property as a whole was very nice, lots of amenities to keep everyone busy & location is very convenient to everything. Down side to the property, Parking fees are not included in your stay, you pay that separately and it just seemed like over kill. The room itself was disappointing. The pictures definitely looked better than what it was in person. The floors were very dirty when we arrived, several dirty spots in the tubs. There were broken cabinet doors in the kitchen, main sliding door to the balcony was broken. The bedspreads also looked as if they had not been washed. The worst part for us was the washing machine did not work. We ran out of linens quickly with 3 families, and no way to wash or swap them out. They did send maintenance out, but never updated us or fixed the issue. We ended up having to use a laundry mat which was costly on top of what we had already paid for the room & parking fees. Wish I could have given a better review but sadly it was disappointing.

Upon arrival everything seemed awesome. Until we got in there… the walls/baseboards are in need of paint. The ice make was clogged and the freezer was not on. The floors were still dirty and we had to request someone come clean them. The cabinet doors are peeling off and two doors are broken. Day 2 we realized the washer doesn’t work. This was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE for a family of 9. We had to hand wash clothes in the bathroom. I would not recommend Thai property to anyone until they complete repairs. One thing I can say is water pressure and temperature was awesome! Majestic is a great resort to stay at. The pools were very cold even in 90 degree weather but my kids enjoyed it. The Starbucks downstairs was a nice perk!

Great time!

We had an amazing time here! The majestic has a ton of pools to play in, and it’s right on the beach. We especially loved the wrap around balcony so you could see the pool and ocean. Thanks for letting us stay!

First time in PCB

We normally stay in Fort Walton Beach every year but wanted a change. Condo was perfect just like in the pics..check in was smooth my only complaint is the guy you get your carts from to put your luggage on was rude! Resort was wonderful, hot tub didn’t work most of the time we were there but that wasn’t a huge deal. I loved the area a little more upbeat then Destin and will def come back!

We loved it!

Spacious, friendly staff, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. Very dated decor, but other than that, it was great!

Issues

Upon arrival bunk beds where broke two of the ceiling fans where non operational dishwasher and ice dispenser did not work but these where not make or break items for us we enjoyed our stay and it was one of the best stays we have had over the last 8 years of visiting PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location, centrally located to everywhere we go... Condo needs alot of TLC from the owners, Dishwasher doesn't clean very well, the timer on the dryer needs fixed, the 4th bedroom was a complete loss for our group (needs a new set of mattresses, pots and pans were adequate but the can opener needs to be thrown away... The maintenance team did come and fix the front door Lock and did some work on the 4th bed, but still need a mattress, unit could have left a mop to use, because apparently housekeeper doesn't like to mop....

I was very pleased with location we have stayed here before. However this time tower 1 of majestic was not as expected. The elevators stayed broke down. I had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs! The microwave was broke we had a loner, the dish washer was not cleaning dishes we had to hand wash. It was more work on vacation than we wanted. I do not know if I will stay at this location again.

Won’t be back!

Property itself is very clean. Condo itself is not clean, couch was different than pictures advertised and was very small and uncomfortable with barely anywhere to sit in the living room. Majority of the lights/lamps in the condo didn’t work— down to the oven light. Fridge was very small & ice maker didn’t work. Black mold in the bathrooms. Deck furniture looks like it was purchased at several different garage sales. Deck door leaks into living room and is very difficult to open and close. Needs major updating. Bunk beds were so sketchy that we were afraid to let anyone sleep in them (there was a screw laying in the floor when we arrived, along with a box of loose light bulbs). The parking & loading/unloading situation is absurd. If your condo is located within tower 1, prepare for a lengthy walk to get anywhere. Bar workers by the pool were kinda rude, they sold drinks and food but you are not allowed to eat by the pool; which makes zero sense. Extremely loud bar across the street, so not ideal if you have kids needing to go to bed early. Beach services set up their chairs and umbrellas so close to the water and only leave a very small space for those that bring their own to set up, almost forcing you to rent from the beach service at $75 a day, unless you’re okay with sitting behind.Only perks were the very fast elevators, how clean the property itself was and it is close to alot of things, other than that- wasn’t worth the money to stay here for all the other experiences.

Resort was fantastic. Room was lacking. Balcony door would barely open. Condo was not clean sand on floors and balcony. Beds were not comfortable. Lack of dishes and cookware. Bunk room bed was horrible would sway back and forth scared to put kids on it. Dining room light flickered the whole time. Dryer would not dry clothes. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. Microwave did t work. Ice maker and water didn’t work.. ceiling fan sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. Needs a lot of talc for almost 5k dollars. Drawers in fridge all seemed broken and off track.

Needs some TLC

Enjoyed our stay. However the description is misleading. The condo was not newly remodeled - cabinets peeling, pocket door broken, etc. Microwave above stove does not work which means the fan and light doesn’t work either. Yes there was a counter top microwave but this didn’t help with a vent and light above the stove. The dispenser of ice and water on the refrigerator does not work as reported in previous comments. The dryer didn’t work when we got there. It was reported and took 4 days before it was fixed which made it difficult to dry towels for daily use. Mattresses is all rooms need replacing as there are obviously indents making it uncomfortable to sleep. Hopefully these items will fixed as the layout of the condo is awesome.

Master toilet would constantly run if you didn’t take the back off and fix the plug with each flush, fridge water and ice dispenser did not work, large microwave did not work, dishwasher was broken, bunch bed rocks and makes an awful sound, main balcony door lock was broken and door seems to be off track.

Great location

Overall the stay was great! The one issue was we had a rain storm come through about 3 or 4am, it was really windy and the windows all leaked. Other than that it was perfect!

Lots of things wrong

This condo needs some TLC before anyone else stays here: Issues with 1101 tower 1 majestic condo. 1) Microwave was out fixed on Monday 2) all GFI’s by the sink were broken had to be fixed fixed on monday 3) Bathroom where two queen beds are was broken and wouldn’t flush till Monday 4) Big blind by table fell and hit me in the head the first time I tried to shut it. 5) Dryer won’t dry takes 3 cycles to dry towels 6) Dishwasher top rack is broken and gets nothing clean. There is no spinner 7) 3rd bathroom wouldn’t drain fixed on Monday 8) No broom to clean floors 9) Lots of areas run down that needs fixed 10) Mattress on bottom bunk and couch nothing but springs 11) Big window by table leaks when it rains 12) Sliding door in bedroom with 1 bed doesn’t lock doesn’t even have the mechanism to lock 13) back of remote in double queen room is broken and won’t stay on. Positives 1) Beautiful location 2) Very safe with all the cops and as a family I enjoyed that 3) Security at condo would check wristbands 4) Mirrors added to parking Rea 5) easy access to the beach

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo, great area, awesome amenities kept us very busy. Only complaint was dishwasher did not work properly and the bunkbed was a little crickety. Other than that the condo was in great shape. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The team at ECDI was very responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. The Majestic grounds are well kept with friendly staff. The condo’s layout, view and amenities were great! Unfortunately, the unit’s sectional was completely worn out. Once the ECDI Team learned of its condition, they replaced it with a new, high quality sectional. The team was courteous and quick to act throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time at Majestic Beach and would rent from ECDI again

Thanksgiving

This is a great unit layout directly on the beach with an awesome view. The inside of the condo needs a full over haul. The furniture is old, the kitchen is not adequately stocked, and there is hardly any patio furniture to use to enjoy the view. Upon arrival, we noticed change on the bathroom floor, which told us the floors had not been cleaned. Upon leaving and stripping the beds, per check out rules, we found we were sleeping on stained mattresses. We did leave the change on the floor at check out, so hopefully the condo will be cleaned for the next group of renters.
