2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Tower 1 @ The Majestic!

-Master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen tv. It has a en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

-The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

-The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo.

-The living room has pull out couch and a spectacular ocean view with private balcony.

****IT DOES HAVE A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER****

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in.

Great place, beautiful view!

Our family of 6 loved our stay! Being in the second floor meant no waits on elevators as it was a quick trip up or down the stairs. There was plenty of room in the condo for us and our 4 kids with having the pull out couch. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and having tvs in each room was so nice having little kids. We were steps to the beach so we could just run up for lunch with ease. The only suggestion I would make is to add a chain lock on the door. We traveled with a 2, 4, 6 and 15 year old. Our littles were able to easily reach the lock and open the front door and that 2 year old is quick as lightning when he’s doing something he shouldn’t be, it would just give a little extra peace of mind to parents of young kiddos. We loved our stay and hope that dates work out that we can visit again next year!

Great Location

The location and resort were VERY nice, the only thing I did not like was always the long line to get a luggage cart. We loved the pool area with bar beside it, security staff was a little unfriendly at times but that’s not the host problem!! We would stay here again for sure!! Loved having a 2nd floor room especially with a toddler!!

Not What I Expected!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I would like to say that the room was as pictured and the room was clean. Secondly, this was the first family vacation that our family had had together for 4 years. We all live in different towns. There are 3 families myself, two married children and all of the grandchildren. Myself and my 2 daughter in laws went online and booked at the same time to make sure that we were all together. One son's family was moved to another condo, and our other son's family was moved to another condo the day we were arriving. Now we are all there and at 3 different condo complexes. The only good thing was that you upgraded the 2 sons to better places. The parking is terrible at The Majestic and you have to pay for parking. I have traveled to many places and never had to do that, and parking is across the street! And the children could not come to even visit us because there was no where for them to park! You have to check out a luggage cart with your driver's license and there is a long wait line to get one and to return the cart to get your license back. It took us almost 2 hours to get the car unloaded after a long drive from Tennessee. If you are 60 and over, this is not your place. Because the parking garage is across the street, if you are on a lower floor you can hear traffic until late in the night. We made our reservations in March. I will never ever stay here again. BTW plan extra time to get on an elevator.

The condo was nice. I wish we would have been given 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. I wish there was a way to make bikers be quiet after midnight. We got very little sleep.

We didn’t have wrist bands, gym key. The toaster or one remote didn’t work. Doors didn’t latch and no hot water in one bathroom the other bathtub with the jets did not work.

Great Condo/ Security had Bad Attitudes

The condo, location was great. The maintenance never came to fix the leak under the kitchen sink. The Security Guards had awful I mean awful attitudes, talking about letting a little authority go to your head that's exactly what they did. Never smiled always had a mean look on their faces. Talked to you like you were dogs or something. I will never stay at Majestic again because of them. I don't like going somewhere and pay that kind of money and can't enjoy myself.

Not the cleanest and loud

The room was as advertised but could have been cleaner. The windows, mirror and stovetop were smudged. There were sunflower shells in the corners of a couple of rooms. The pillow shams were dirty and the couch had stains. We killed three roaches in the kitchen. There was no sponge/scrubber in the kitchen. There was not a bath mat/towel for the master. I discovered there were two in the guest bath on the third day. The mattress pad was dirty. This is a noisy area of town and the bedrooms are on the front of the condo. So little sleep due to the motorcycles revving their engines and playing their radios until 1 am each night. We were in tower 1 and the elevators were horrible. Thankfully we were only in the room at night and our days were spent on the beautiful beach with wonderful weather.

Yearly vacation

Majestic properties are always wonderful to stay at and this one did not disappoint either. I loved being on the 2nd floor because I didn't have to fight the elevators which was a huge bonus.

Good but not great

The property was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is the lack of communication from the property management company. They were not very reaponsive and were not timely in their delivery of items that should have originally been included with registration. We had a great stay in PCB otherwise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, resort, and beachfront view was beautiful. Management was responsive to questions regarding the room code and wifi. My only grievance is minor wear and tear of things in the condo, such as the door to the laundry room being off the hinges and the toilet seat cover being detached completely. If you're willing to overlook these minor inconveniences, I strongly recommend staying here.
