Nestled just a short walk from the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and other major sites, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo with elevator offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances and dinnerware you need to whip up delicious meals. The house is tastefully decorated with coastal vibes to help you relax and forget about the real world for a while. Gather around the dining table (seats 10) or enjoy the ocean views from the balcony as you savor your culinary creations. There are 4 spacious bedrooms to enjoy with new mattresses and updated decor. Master room has a queen bed with private bath and private balcony off the back of the house. 2 other rooms with queen beds and 1 room with a twin over full bunk with a trundle comfortably sleeping 4 which is a kids retreat! Enjoy the elevator behind the private 2 car garage; there is also an indoor shower on the ground floor to rinse off after a fun beach day!

We provide guests with bath and hand towels to use during your stay. Your rental comes with 8 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, 4 bikes bikes, multiple boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon, and various sand toys.

Venture out and explore the nearby attractions, including the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, the exciting OC Water Park (just a few steps away), amusements, many delicious restaurants and ice cream places all just a short walk away. The Hobby Horse Ice Cream Parlor, Kohr Brothers, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonalds, Manco and Manco Pizza and many other amazing restaurants and stores are all easily accessible by foot or bike. No need to drive anywhere, park your car in the garage for the week!

Family Summer Vacation

Very clean and well maintained home! Great location and Gina was very responsive. I love that it is well stocked with items that are typically needed as well. Will definitely be staying again!

Amazing Stay

The property was extremely clean and tidy. Steps to the boardwalk and the beach. We had great communication with the owner the entire trip whenever we needed anything or had any questions. Will definitely be going back!

Great location. Perfect Summer Getaway

House was spacious with plenty of beds for our family of 5. Comfy mattresses and adorable beach-themed decor. Super close walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. Beach chairs, umbrellas, tote, and toys were all included. And the elevator made it super easy to load in and out. Gina was a great host!

A great time of year in OCNJ!

We found the house to be well-maintained and well supplied. Love the front porch and the easy access to the boardwalk and beach. A great location! We didn’t love the mattress on the bed in the back left bedroom, but overall everything else was superb! We had a great week! A great host with whom it was easy to communicate.

Beach House

Beautifully decorated and updated house. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable, new mattresses and couches. Included many extras: Elevator, Beach Tags, Beach Gear, Bikes, Bath Towels, stocked kitchen for cooking, board games, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Owner is friendly and responds quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

A Great Time Had By All

My wife and I plan and host our adult daughters and their husbands and our grandson for what has become an annual event during the week of Labor Day. Our stay on Plymouth Place was wonderful! The place is perfectly decorated to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The property was plenty spacious for our family to enjoy as if we were at our own home. The property owner was very accommodating and I would say communication with her was excellent!

Great house and owners!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location on beach block right near the water park. It is a short walk to the beach. There are some toys for the kids already in the house and a great bunk room that our kids adored. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/containers making meal prep a breeze. There were plenty of extra blankets/ pillows for everyone if they needed an extra. The owner is super responsive and wonderful to work with!

Great time!

I rented the house for my step daughters 17th birthday present as she loves Ocean City. She invited her friends and everyone had an amazing time. The condo was big enough for everyone and very clean. Our host allowed us to check in early and check out late! Very accommodating! Thank you for everything!

Pleasant stay in Ocean City

The proximity to the boardwalk and beach was great. The place was spacious and clean. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will look to book again. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Because of placement of the router, the wifi strength at the back of the house is low to non-existent. You can add extenders pretty cheaply a to allow for more coverage. 2. The morning sun can be very strong on the east side of the house and I wished there were heavier blinds or curtains to block it.
