Palma Sola Villa

Welcome to our and your vacation house in Palma Sola. We have put so much love and hard work into this coastal home and we hope that you find it as comfortable and pleasant as we do.

This house has about 2,000 sqf located in the popular Palma Sola Pines area, 7 miles away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, less than 9 miles to Bradenton beach and a walking distance to a beautiful Palma Sola Botanical Park and Robinson Preserve. It is situated between two beautiful and famous places such as Siesta Key Beach and St. Petersburg. This villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This open floor plan allows for great gatherings - you will be able to cook a homemade meal while having a peak on foosball table tournament, a good TV show or even sneak peaking on those who are busy relaxing in the sun. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people. We did not forget about the little ones – a high-chair for the baby to comfortably enjoy the meal. Kitchen is fully equipped in small appliances such as slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich grill, waffle maker and Ninja blender. To entertain your stay we provided a foosball table, plenty of board games and outdoor toys. For your beach trips there is a beach wagon filled with beach chairs, sun umbrella, picnic blanket and beach toys.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, lots of closet space, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub. The bedroom next to it has a bunk bed and place to do some office work. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed, and two twin beds that share a bathroom. We also provided a portable crib. There is plenty of bath and beach towels. There is a front door camera and a camera that is facing the pool equipment (swimming pool pump and the heater) and electrical panel. We installed them for our guest’s safety and our knowledge that the cleaning crew left the house ready for our next guests. Changing the setting of the pool equipment is not allowed.

Only 8 guests are allowed in the house, including children.
If there are guests expected, please notify the owner.
Extra-guest fee that stays overnight: 40$ / night per person.
No parties allowed.

In the middle of our little jungle on the backyard you will find a heated swimming pool and spa with salt water which is gentle on your skin with no harsh chlorine smell.
If you are planning to come visit during winter time heated pool will be available for additional $20/day .
There is plenty of seating space, chairs to relax in the sun and a barbecue grill for your steaks, fresh fish or skewers.

Maison et terrain très bien entretenus. Quelques petits ajustements pour le chauffage de la piscine, mais le proprio a tout réglé à distance . Quartier paisible et sécuritaire.Très propre. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Getaway

This gem of a property is in a very quit neighborhood. This home is kept immaculate and is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to be close to the best beaches in the area. The owner, Mike, always responded back quickly if I had a question. Excellent 10/10

This property had everything you wanted and needed . No need to pack beach chairs ,bikes ,beach toys ,etc they had everything there for us . Super clean and relaxing. The property owner was super nice and helpful ...he even dropped a key lime pie off to us ❤️. One of the best properties we have stayed at . We definitely didn't want to leave .

Home is very well maintained. Safe neighborhood close to several places within walking distance to hide, bike and kayak. Lovely pool and spa in a beautiful fenced in private backyard. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed is very.comfortable. Mike answered any questions we had immediately and was very kind and professional. This house is a gem as are the owners.

A real gem in a quiet residential neighborhood

We had a lovely vacation here over the Christmas Holidays 2023-2024. We couldn’t have been happier with the house and location. The house is really cozy and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Mike and Sandra were the nicest, most thoughtful hosts. They even made us Christmas cookies! There’s lots to do and see in the area. We loved being so close to Robinson Preserve which is a great place to walk or bike. It’s one of our dog’s favorite places too. We’ll be coming back again next year! Mary & Jack Whitefish Bay WI

Nice location, beautiful house

House was very clean. Pool and backyard was great. Neighborhood felt safe and upscale. So nice to have all the amenities available to use and they were in great condition. Been places where they have rusted chairs and broken umbrellas but this house has everything in great condition. Even the outdoor furniture and patio was clean. My family enjoyed it. We even spent our last night swimming late and playing games which were provided. Great memories. We were within reasonable distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Family reunion with grand baby and her 2 Great Grandma’s

This property is so clean, and well equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The backyard is paradise! So beautiful, private, clean well kept salt water pool and hot spa. The fire pit area was so nice and the new grill worked perfectly. I hope you book this oasis , I will definitely be booking again soon. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. They are easy to communicate with and respond to any requests immediately. We had an awesome week! Lisa

Family Getaway

Well equipped home with a beautiful private pool area. The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely. The jaccuzi was on a timer from 6pm to 12am. There were steps into the pool and also an additional entry spot for sitting and cooling off. Lots of furniture and flotation devices provided. The covered patio had a comfortable seating for a group and a 2nd TV. The open floor plan accomodated our group well. The master bedroom is very large. The 2 bedrooms with the queen and twins are very small, but were fine for us. The room with the bunkbeds is not really a bedroom, but might help a family with elementary age kids to have a separate space. The mattresses on the bunks are squishy and lightweight. There's a small desk that we used for some work-related tasks. The kitchen was well-equipped with more small appliances than most. Bring your own ziplocks if that is something you use. A variety of basic spices was provided. The house was perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable, relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. The pool was perfect, and the spa was so nice at night time. There were plenty of pool toys and floats, loved the bathroom/shower right off the back patio. The home was incredibly well stocked with cooking supplies, paper goods, and family friendly items (high chair, pack n play, children’s books, etc). We loved the beach equipment (coolers, wagon, umbrella, toys, bikes- wow!) Thank you for a carefree, enjoyable stay!

Florida trip

What a wonderful place. Can't say enough good things about it. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you could want for a Florida vacation. Open air concept and having the porch off the living room gave us extra space where we enjoyed drinks and sitting out int the morning and evenings. Loved having the beach equipment and bikes. The nature preserve is a short bike ride and fun to have something to do besides the beach. Mike was attentive to all our needs (not that we had many) and would get back to you within an hour. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

30th Birthday!

Planned a girls trip with my two daughter in laws for my daughters 30th birthday. We had a blast and the house perfectly suited our needs. Mike was great and even dropped off a stroller for my 7mos old granddaughter. We made great memories and enjoyed the peaceful retreat!!

Great property in a cozy Bradenton neighborhood

My family of 4 (kids - 14 and 12) really enjoyed our stay at Palma Sola. The outside is really the highlight -- heated pool, jacuzzi tub, hammock, firepit, grill, plenty of seating, and wonderful landscaping encasing the back -- but the house is well laid out, very clean, and well-stocked, as well. Depending where you're headed, it's ~15 minutes over to Bradenton Beach (depending on traffic over the bridge), and this place is prepared. We've stayed at a lot of beach houses, and we've never seen a house so well-stocked with beach things for us travelers who have come in by air -- chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, towels, beach wagon, all of it. This property is also near both the botanical park (did not go) and Robinson Preserve to which we went and rode on the 4 bikes that are provided. Fantastic outing! Just one tip so others don't make the same mistake we did -- nowhere in the check-in instructions does it say how to turn on the jacuzzi tub outside, and that's because you don't! We checked in right at 4pm and tried to use the pool and hot tub, but the property owner has it set to automatically turn on at 6pm. Don't touch any controls before then! Just text him and he'll turn it on for you remotely and immediately. Mike was really good about dealing with our initial mistake, and was fantastic all week with his responsiveness and periodically checking in to make sure we were doing well. Would stay here again!

Comfortable and well-apportioned

Our family of six, with 4 teens, had a great stay at this house. The checkin was easy, the house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was great to have useful beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. we also had a nice ride on the cruiser bikes one evening. The pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and had all of the necessities! Owner was very responsive. Had everything we needed for a couple days at the beach. We loved the restaurants, beaches and art fair on Ana Maria Island and our family swam with the horses just 10 minutes away!

Charming home

We stayed in this charming home for a week with our son, daughter, son in law and 5 month old granddaughter. The house was perfect for our needs. Back yard pool area was very private and pool toys floats, bikes, beach equipment were all available and very nice. Close to nature preserve for walking, biking, kayaking. I highly recommend if you are looking for someplace in a quiet neighborhood but within driving distance to restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Beautiful Clean House

A feeling of happy anticipation came over us as we turned onto 91st Ct and drove down the quiet residential street lined with beautiful houses. Our personal code to open the lovely front door of 1507 worked smoothly. As we stepped across the threshold, we were met with a pleasant, clean smell while our eyes took in the light filled living area decorated in a restful minimalist style. We found cleanliness and organization in every room. The little comfort touches were there: soap/shampoo/ conditioner in hotel size. Paper towels/ TP, etc. Dish soap/ a new sponge/ enough dish towels/ cook ware/ utensils. Even the spices in the cupboard were a matching set and up to date. A bottle of wine was on the counter (thank you, but we don't drink), which was a warm gesture of welcome. The linen closet held neatly folded matching fluffy towels/ wash cloths for all the guests. Everything for our comfort was obviously well thought out: ceiling fans/ dimmer switches/ beach bags, towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, blanket, wagon, 2 rolling coolers/ bikes/hockey set/ foos ball/ nice high chair/ pack n play (needed sheets). Even the garage was neat and clean. Michal communicated with us each day and kept the hot tub and pool at very enjoyable temperatures. There were lots of pool toys, a good grill and a lovely firepit with plenty of chairs. The poolside furniture was very comfortable. There were enough geckos in the back yard to keep our 4 year old grandson in little boy heaven all week. You are wonderful hosts! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to use your beautiful property!
