The unit features updated furniture and furnishings along with flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. There is beautiful new flooring throughout. The galley style kitchen has everything thing that you will need to make those cost saving meals at home. The bedroom has a queen along with a full-size bed and there is a sleeper sofa located on the balcony which is perfect for the early riser (no blinds). There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming need or for those that may be "working from home".

Located on 95th street, the building is strategically located in mid-town Ocean City which makes it easy to get to all that the town has to offer. Located beachfront, you are only steps away from the sand and ocean. The outdoor pool and sun deck are a wonderful option for those that don't want to be on the beach. There is a shopping center located directly across the street along with many excellent restaurant options nearby. There are also public tennis courts across the street too!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* There is a one-time $40 resort fee paid to directly to the Pyramid at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $70/week but are on a first come first served basis.
* This condo is on the 14th floor. Pyramid is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 95th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
