You’ll have the entire private unit to yourself with a private entrance (Unit A). The home is part of a duplex and shares a wall with a second unit. All indoor spaces are completely private, while outdoor areas are shared.

- 5 min to Busch Gardens
- 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino
- Short drive to downtown Tampa, Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and Bayshore Boulevard
- Easy access to world-class beaches like St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach

In order to receive your entry code, please sign the rental agreement:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
You will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know! We may be able to accommodate based on our cleaner's schedule for a small fee, but availability depends on timing.

Your private retreat:
Enjoy exclusive access to Unit A with a private entrance at the front. The screened-in patio is private, but other outdoor areas are shared with guests in the second unit.

Parking:
There are 2 dedicated parking spots for you in the gravel or driveway. Additional cars can park on the street. Parking is first-come, first-served and shared with other guests.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per day fee, and you may be asked to vacate the property without a refund

Laundry Access:
Available upon request for a $10 fee per stay or per month if your stay exceeds a month. The laundry room is shared with other guests.

Indoor Comfort:
Set the temperature to your preference between 67°F and 73°F for a comfortable stay.

Safety & Security:
For your safety, we have outdoor cameras on-site: one overlooks the front yard, and the other monitors the entrance of Unit B.

Maintenance:
Our handyman or lawn care workers may be on the property doing maintenance or construction. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Supplies:
Please note that basic maintenance and extra supplies may not be available during your stay. Let us know if you need anything in advance!
Please note that we don't provide extra blankets.

Discounts:
Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.
