Inside, you’ll find a spacious open living area with comfortable seating — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom for ultimate comfort and convenience. Step outside to one of the multiple balconies or head up to the rooftop terrace to take in panoramic views of the ocean and town — perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

You have steps accessing the beach for peaceful walks and beachcombing (swimming not recommended). If you’re lucky, you might witness one of nature’s most incredible spectacles — sea turtles nesting on the beach during the summer months. Stay up late or rise early for an unforgettable experience!

The description of the property was spot on and exactly what we were looking for. In a more quiet location than the north side, but also less than 10 minutes to Playa Norte. The house was clean and in great shape, very inviting and had the beach feel I wanted. We felt very safe and never had issues. It was important to me to have some beach access and to hear the waves, which we definitely got. As we were there in December, the evenings were a bit cooler to get in the pool, but we were able to utilize it more during the mornings in the sun. The owner and manager were responsive to getting us checked in and I appreciated being able to communicate with them. We loved the homemade pico and guacamole that was provided, best we had on our stay!We felt comfortable and all amenities worked and helped us feel comfortable. Would love to stay again!

This property is spectacular! Located centrally on the island, it only takes 5-10 minutes to get anywhere! The home is beautifully furnished, functional, and comfortable. Having a beach view and pool was great, we used it every day. The property manager was welcoming and helpful, and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Great vacation!

Incredible View

We were in awe when walking into this home every time we entered. The view was second to nothing on the entire island. We found ourselves watching the sunrise everymorning and then spending the mornings out and the afternoons in the pool. The host was very communicative and helped with whatever we needed during our stay. If we ever return this will be the place to stay!

Beautiful casa, responsive hosts

Beautiful casa right on the water! It's a nice location that is a little quieter, away from downtown, but not too far. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. My husband said this was one of the rare properties that look better than the pictures! The owner and property managers were all super responsive and helpful as well.

Can we stay forever?

Favorite part of this home was the open floor plan that spilled onto the deck and pool when you opened up the sliders. The sun, sand and waves seemed to tumble right into the beautiful home. It was exactly what we were looking for. The home itself seemed brand new. The bathrooms, huge closets and kitchen showed no signs of wear. The dishes and linens were all so nice and new as well. It must have all been remodeled very recently. It was so clean!!!! We had a party of 5 including 3 kids and the pool and beach area was great for all of us. The new coffee maker was one of my favorite parts. Of course we dropped the water canister our third day and broke it. Stacey and Cathy responded immediately and helped. I communicated with stacey on whats app and she was super responsive! location, we were in Isla once before and stayed at the south end. The houses are bigger and more secluded but it’ a trade off as it’s harder to get to things. This house is in a pretty perfect spot if you want more seclusion than the north and downtown but you don’t want to be totally remote like the south. 5 min from huge grocery! At first we thought maybe the houses being so close together on this beach would be a problem for us (we really like less people lol) but you barely noticed any other people. The beach is a really nice addition as the homes in the south have only rock. This side of the island is a rocky entry Into the water bring shoes. You need a golf cart, expensive but a must.

The apartment is stunning! beautiful location, well-equipped, comfortable - worked perfectly for our group of 6. While it appears near the airport - not one airplane. Just perfect!

Awesome house in a perfect location!

We visit Isla Mujeres twice a year. We have stayed in a resort and have rented another property as well. Renting this house is by far the best experience we have had on the island. The house is gorgeous, the pool is a perfect temperature, and the view is fabulous. Laura and Cathy were great before and during our stay for anything we needed. Cathy recommended Jenn from Isla Concierge services to help us with arranging for a private Chef and massages during the week. If you are looking for this service I highly recommend Jenn and her team. This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time!!!
