House was in amazing condition! You can tell Leslie cares about the cleanliness, appearance of house and guest stay. Large backyard was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the morning sun. We will definitely look at this rental for our next stay in Spokane!

Cozy and Comfortable

We were in town for my son's graduation from law school, and the Walton House accommodated us quite well. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood that was a convenient location for the things we wanted to do. I liked the decor especially the aqua/teal color accents; it is cozy and charming. My first impression of the home was how clean and tidy it is. Everything is neat and organized. The linen closet has extra towels, pillows, batteries, sunscreen. There is an iron and ironing board which we used. It is obvious that Leslie has anticipated what her guests might need. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, drinkware, and a toaster in the cabinet. The back yard and the table are nice for eating lunch outside. The living room is a great place to play games, and the family room downstairs works well for watching a movie. The basement stairs are steep, and the temperature down there is much colder than upstairs, but there are blankets to wrap yourself in. The beds are comfortable, and the XL twin beds are especially nice for tall people. Having one bathroom for six people was not an issue for us. There was always plenty of hot water when we turned on the faucet in the kitchen or the bathroom, and we loved having the filtered water. The stairs to the basement are steep, and it is much colder down there than it is upstairs. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat if we ever return to Spokane.

Graduation weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was clean, quiet and affordable. Beds were comfortable. Downstairs is cold and our son loved it because he’s always hot. Plenty of hot water for all five of us to have a hot shower. Will stay again. Appreciated parking n the driveway.

Walton House Beautifully Remodeled

This cozy house has a beautifully remodeled interior. There's only one bathroom and that was a bit challenging for three adults, but we managed. Host was very welcoming, and we'd stay here again.

Great house!

This was one of the better stays that we’ve had in a vacation rental. The house has everything you need. Tons of towels, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, there was even a small bin in one of the closets with things like batteries, deodorant, and sunscreen in case you forgot anything. There were lots of little extras in this house that made you know the owner actually cares. If you are staying in the summer the ac works great! I’d definitely stay here again the next time we are in town if it’s available.

Awesome stay in Spokane

The Walton house was perfect for our group, 2 adults, grandma and 3 teens! The beds worked out perfectly for us. The house was the most week stocked rental we’ve ever had, really appreciated the little extras! Nice to have an outdoor area to sit out in the evening as well. We will definitely stay again upon our next visit! Highly recommend the Spokane Indians baseball games, we had a blast on the 4th of July!!

Wonderful, well appointed home that exceeded our expectations!

We stayed in the Walton House this past weekend so we could attend our daughter's spring dance concert at Gonzaga. Our 15 year old son and my parents (in their 70s) joined us. Leslie's house was perfect! From the bottle of wine and easy wifi info welcoming us on the front table to the comfortable beds, nice linens, tasteful decorations, cozy couches and well stocked kitchen, everything in the house exceeded our expectations. The basement included both a bedroom and also a family (bonus!) room with TV and couches, so we had two spaces to hang out in. The Keurig coffee and filtered water (hot/cold) were extra bonuses. While the neighborhood isn't upscale or fancy, it's very safe, easily accessible, with ample parking right out in front of the house. We hope to stay here again every time we need a VRBO rental in Spokane. It's the perfect spot for comfort, luxury and peace! Thanks Leslie -- we will be back.

Charming Home

We enjoyed our stay at the Walton home. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were there for a 3 day tournament. So the location was great in relation to the tournament venue. It appears that the owners have put some money and time into making this rental a desired property. Leslie was a great host and responded to all our questions within minutes. We would definitely look at staying here again next year...if it's available.

Great stay

House was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown, but located on a nice, safe street. The king bed was the most comfortable thing my husband and I have ever slept on. Will stay again for sure!

Little gem away from home

We have stayed a few times in different Vrbo but we have to mention this has been the best one by far, it has all the amenities that you can need and more. We loved the place, the decor, everything And last, the host was super accommodating We definitely recommend it.

Restful Retreat

We were all very impressed with this house. The check in was flawless, and the house was very clean, and comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen as far as cooking utensils, and dishes. We appreciated the variety of coffee K cups that were provided. We also appreciated that there were plenty of outlets and additional plug-ins for chargers and USB’s that were provided in all of the bedrooms and the living room. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and my family and I felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, because of the nearby fires and the air quality, we were not able to sit out and take it vantage of the wonderful patio table, and awesome umbrella that is provided. We did have one question regarding a kitchen item and the host replied, very timely and addressed our question. We were very happy staying here.

Son’s graduation from Whitworth

This property was remodeled and clean. The upstairs is cozy and nicely decorated. The bedroom below has some steep stairs and no bathroom so it was not the best for older people or small kids, but the other two bedrooms upstairs were great. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The grocery store is conveniently located within a block of two along with a park in the opposite direction. The host did a great job of making people feel comfortable with lots of extra towels, blankets and even lotion and a hairdryer in the hall closet. There was also dishwashing soap and laundry soap. The kids enjoyed the chocolate left on the table and there were fun books and movies as well. We never had time to enjoy these but I saw them in the basement. I also noticed there was a portable crib for babies and even sippy cups and baby spoons. This host has obviously taken some time to accommodate the needs of people who use this house. The drive way is shared with the house next door so it is hard to park without driving a little on the grass, which just meant we had to go very slowly when going in or out. Overall it was a great place to stay.
