¡Llamarás hogar a este condominio de lujo de dos dormitorios y dos baños en muy poco tiempo! Las increíbles vistas del Océano Pacífico y el amplio plano de planta harán que este sea su lugar de vacaciones en Big Island. Pasamos por alto el hoyo 17 del prestigioso campo de golf Kona Country Club. Pase las mañanas temprano en su terraza privada, prepare comidas en su cocina totalmente equipada y manténgase conectado con Internet de alta velocidad y WiFi. El avistamiento de ballenas de invierno ocurre diariamente fuera de su lanai. También tendrá su propia lavadora y secadora en la unidad. La suite principal está amueblada con cama king y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio incluye 2 camas individuales extra largas que se pueden convertir en una cama King a pedido y por una tarifa, con un baño adyacente con ducha / bañera. Ventana AC ubicada en las dos habitaciones.

A solo unos pasos de una de las 3 piscinas comunitarias y 2 canchas de tenis en el lugar. No hay escaleras y espacio de estacionamiento asignado muy cerca de la unidad. Country Club Villas está muy bien ubicado en Kailua-Kona, a pocos pasos del centro comercial Keauhou con muchos restaurantes, cine multiplex, tienda de comestibles KTA, farmacia CVS y Farmer's Market todos los sábados. Very well stocked

I was impressed with how well the property was stocked with items we needed (coolers, coozies, kitchen utensils, ect.). The management was responsive and helpful.

First Hawaiian Family Vaca

The room was fantastic. We arrived two hours early and the managment was able to get us in right away! The room is ground level which is great for easy access, fromt row parking and a pool/hottub area very close by. You get a great view of the ocean and golf course. The grounds were not to busy or loud at all. The staff was very nice and helpful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities almost lasted my family of 5 our entire 11 day trip. The ac was good in the rooms but the main living quarters did get a little warm but not to bad. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely view and comfortable stay

This condo was the perfect fit for a last minute booking for my family of 4. We loved the location and the sunset views. The condo was appointed well with all the necessities, including beach accessories such as snorkel masks and a boogie board which my kids appreciated. We used the nearby pool and tennis courts daily. Communication with the host company was top-notch and they helped clear up an issue with the Wi-Fi right away. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this listing!

Hawaiian Paradise

This place was fantastic. Situated on a picturesque hill with a beautiful view of the ocean, the Country Club Villas were an ideal place to stay for my family. Affordable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fully equiped kitchen also made nightly meals a breeze. We felt right at home. The entire condo was spotless top to bottom. Check-in was seemless and the concierge was extremely helpful and generous in allowing us to extend our check-out time.

Big love for the Big Island

We have just returned from a glorious (almost) two weeks on the Big Island. This was our first time on this Hawaiian Island and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was well located, very clean and tidy and very well stocked. This sounds like a ridiculously small detail but the one thing that always stands out for us is the sharpness of the kitchen knives in a rental unit. The knives in this unit were super sharp which made prep and cooking a dream. Thank you!! We did a ton of driving and exploring on the island and it was always nice to come back to the condo to watch the spectacular sunsets from the large West facing lanai. We will return to the Big Island and would love to stay at this unit again when we do.

Nothing less than fantastic!!!

Property was as described if not better - It was comfortable, peaceful, logistically great relative to market, movies, dinner and more... Anything you could possibly need was available for you - If you should need anything else my favorite market KTA is 2 minutes away. My family lives in Kahalu'u Mauka (Holualoa), I always stay on my own (so we all still adore each other after our visits), I usually prefer to stay closer to the heart of Kailua-Kona town - This condo (only minutes away from Kailua-Kona town) however has sold me to the breeze, less traffic, logistics to all necessities, including trolley for the kids and more! I enjoyed morning walks to Keauhou Bay!!! Simply great! We go to Kona every year - I will seek to stay here again as my family loved it and we all can not wait to return - Mahalo for everything!!

We LOVE this island!

First time on the Big Island after doing Maui for the past 20 years. What a wonderful vibe. The condo was clean and comfortable and the lanai is great for watching the sun disappear into the ocean. Very convenient to groceries (1/4 mi) and the Sheraton (1/2 mi) for manta ray sightings. The only improvement would be beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella for visits to the water.

Enjoyed watching for whales, the sunsets, and, of course, the golfers. Liked the over all location, easy walk to harbor, grocery store, just to walk. One slight problem of ants was solved immediately.

Great Location with Amazing View

I had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and is also located near a shopping center that has a few restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Everything was very clean and I can't say enough about the wonderful view from the lanai. I love to snorkel and the condo is located very close to some great snorkel beaches. I would definitely recommend this condo if you're looking to be close to downtown Kona but don't want to be so close to the main drag.

It was nice and quiet and we usually had the pool and hottub to ourselves. There was no air-conditioning in this unit. I don't think many Kona condo have air-conditioning though. It was hot during the day but we had a few fans blowing in the house.

The lani is great, however the grill was so dirty we had to clean it before it could be used. The condo had everything we needed. The guest bedroom faced a road with very heavy and loud traffic very early each morning. This was the only negative. The swimming pool was conveniently close and very nice and clean.

The sinks are hard to clean. But other than, the stay was without any problems or complaints. We had one issue with the blind outside(it would not roll up and down properly) and they came and fixed it the next day. Excellent service from the management company. Thank you so much. We would definitely return.

I don't think they gave anybody much notice. This was very disappointing, but no fault of Kona Coast Vacations. They found out late also. That is why I gave it an overall 3.
