Great 3/2 Home Minutes from Beaches/Intracoastal/Boat Ramp

Location is what our guests love! Multiple boat ramps nearby - even one in the neighborhood - perfect for kayaking/boating/fishing. Great little vacation spot right off A1A. 9 miles from the Mayo clinic, 1.5 miles from Mayport Naval Station. Just around the corner from Hanna Park Beach. Screened back porch to enjoy meals and Florida weather. A big carport keeps you dry on those rainy Florida afternoons and extra off-street parking can accommodate most towed vessels under 11 feet tall. Street parking is available for anything taller. Home was recently remodeled inside and has some nice updates to keep you comfortable. 65 inch tv in the living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Quiet community great for rest and relaxation. Up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs ok with host approval and $80 pet fee per stay. Secure privacy fenced back yard so pets can run free.

Very clean and comfortable. Good selection of basic kitchen items. Lots of towels and beach chairs and boogie boards. Comfortable living room where we could play board or card games. Very near Hanna State Park and their beach. Love that.

Had everything we needed!

Had a great stay in this super cute home! Went to Florida for a wedding and this was a great home located close to the venue. Host was easy to communicate with and super kind, even after we accidentally set off their smoke alarm! lol!Thank you for the awesome stay!Super clean and cute!

Sisters Visit

Two sisters from North Carolina come down to Florida to visit a sister. They stay in a great house and go to the beach at Hanna State Park. Had a great time!!

Our best VRBO experience, so far!

The home was set up for anything we wanted/needed! Location is awesome. The home was clean and well stocked. From beach toys to bandaids to coffee to toilet paper to appliances to a doggie pooper scooper, all we needed was groceries. Communication was excellent from booking all the way to check out. Lori & Mike, bravo!

Super Clean and Wonderful Location

What a Gem of a beach house. The pictures and info online are very accurate. We loved that it was super clean and located near Hanna Park, the town of Atlantic Beach and really just about 20 minutes into JVille for luxury shopping and dining. Staying here, you get the best of both the city and beach. Lori is very helpful, check-in and out a breeze, beds are comfy, plenty of room for our party of 4. Highly recommend!!

Cute and convenient

We rented the property for a wedding at Kathryn Abbey Hana Park. It was very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is decorated well. Everything we needed was provided. Great place.

Great place

Great place with everything needed! Nice location within minutes of entertainment. Hosts were great and kept an open line of communication. Would definitely recommend staying here if anyone is in the Jacksonville area.

Wow! Perfectly Appointed and Very Clean Home!!

This is a special place! It is neat as a pin with an exceptional starter kit to make you feel at home for your stay. This host has thought of everything -- doggie bags and wipes for our fur babies to the essentials in the kitchen and bath. The location near Hanna Park is super, and we had fun walking the dogs at the beach and chasing the sea foam. The house is just a short drive into Atlantic/Neptune Beach where you'll find great dining and shopping. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Fantastic Bay Home

We don't have one negative comment! House was very clean and nicely updated. Very convenient to restaurants quiet friendly and felt very safe neighborhood! Two boat launches within 5 -10 minutes of house was a plus. Parking was plenty for our truck, boat and another car easily fit. We definitely will stay here again!! Also, Lori answered all my questions and was very pleasant to communicate with during the whole process.

Great location and home!

This house is newly renovated and also has a fenced in backyard which was perfect for our dogs. Neighbors are super friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. The location is great and the hosts are amazing!

PERFECT for Rest & Relaxation

This home’s location was very quiet. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. My husband took his morning walks around the neighborhood and said people were very friendly. This rental is also located a few miles away from a fish market & restaurant. It’s also a short drive away from great restaurants and Neptune Beach. The owner quickly responded to messages and made the whole process easy. We appreciate all that was put into this rental to make it beautiful, comfortable and pet friendly. We haven’t had a vacation together since 2019. We enjoyed every minute of our time together! We would love to visit again in the future.

Pleasant stay

A very clean fully remodeled home with a nice lanai and backyard. We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. Wifi was fast and reliable. Kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances. Carport was a nice bonus. Location was perfect for our stay, only a short drive away from the beach and amenities.

The boat ramp in the neighborhood is a hidden gem. With a small park right next to it and the perfect little sitting bench to watch the sun set over the intracoastal, it is truly a wonderful spot.
