Your next holiday awaits at this charismatic single-level bungalow near the ocean! Soak up the sun from the community pool conveniently located just outside your front door. Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you as you make yourself at home on the covered patio in your private enclosed 1200ft yard. The home's open interior is vibrantly colorful with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen.

If after a full day of surf and sand, all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. For your additional convenience, a rollaway bed is available in the primary bedroom's closet and there is a dog door to the patio and yard for medium-sized dogs.

Nearby, explore many parks such as Padre Balli Park and Mustang Island State Park. For great sightseeing opportunities, head to the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and the South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center. Delicious food and vibrant shops are also nearby, indulge yourself and discover your new favorite dish, or head to the Flour Bluff HEB for all of your day-to-day shopping needs.

There is a 6' fence for dogs and no weight limits.
A full-size sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping options.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
