Make yourself at home at this colorful coastal cottage near the ocean and leave all of your worries behind! You will its location quite convenient - there are several dining options within walking distance and wonderful attractions within 10 miles. Some include Texas Sealife Center, Packery Channel Park, Padre Balli Park, Mustang Island State Park, In The Game Funtrackers, North and South Packery Channel Jetty, and Newport Pass Beach Access. You can also take advantage of the community pool conveniently located just outside your front door, as well as Flour Bluff HEB for all of your shopping needs, a quick jaunt away.

Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you as you make yourself at home on the covered patio in your private enclosed 6” secured yard. The home's open interior is tastefully decorated with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen. If all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C after a full day of surf and sand, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, a washer/dryer on-site, four beach chairs, a rollaway bed in the outside storage closest, as well as, pool toys and games.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
