Not sure why they reviewed me - they cancelled my

I keep getting asked to view a rental that canceled 2hrs before my checkin. Offered me a higher cost rental in a different complex that required a longer stay or two moblie ac units since my rental had a broken ac. I accepted the cancelation and refund and moved on to find a new place. 2hrs before I was to arrive in town. Soooooo... can't say anything good about it.

August 2023 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean, open and welcoming. It was a short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach. The location is between downtown Corpus and Port Aransas so we were able to visit both cities for food and attractions. Two items that weren’t of highlight for the trip were the trash trucks emptying the dumpsters every morning, sometimes it was at 615 in the morning. This condo is on the end right next to the dumpsters so it was very loud and woke us up in shock, as the dumpsters hit the ground every morning. The pool was also pretty warm regardless of time of day. I didn’t check to see if it was a heated pool or if it was just the hot Texas sun causing it to be warm. Other than those to things it was a nice vacation spot.

NEVER Again will I stay here! No security camera, CAR BROKE INTO!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NO CAMERAS, CAR BROKE INTO. feet away from children and my husband caught the man in the act and they started yelling at each other. He did snatch my wallet back from the man but the man ran off with some stuff, of course it was our last night so we were going from room to car and back constantly. Luckily that’s how we caught him. The women were Unwilling to compensate us that night with terrified kids and mama. No unit to move to and feel safe and they wouldn’t even give us 100-200 dollars to just leave and go get a hotel elsewhere. To make it all worse the cops called her and told her what happened to us and I didn’t know this until I had called and asked for help to feel safe and she said oh yah they called and told me. Seriously?! A nice person would have called and asked are y’all okay can we do anything to help. Nope it was a rude attitude as if my call ruined her night as our children were crying and heard all the screaming of the altercation. Also believe them when they say there is no early check-in.ONLY 2 wash cloths were given we had 2 adults and 2 kids noted to stay. I NEVER leave reviews at all BUT these women could have been more sincere and helped us out that night. Not to mention corpus cops are a joke! They didn’t even get my name or number or do a police report. I’ve tried following up and Nothing! But Take my advice let’s mamas start staying in a gated resort to feel safer on vacay, either way next time my husband yells at me to get the gun there will be Zero hesitation and I won’t call the worthless cops until intruder/thief is dead.

We had a great time! Condo was clean and centrally located to everything! Amenities such as the pool were also a big plus. Communication with management company was timely and smooth throughout entire stay!

Reviewer Comments: You need to look at the Chester drawers in the bedroom they tip over when loaded with clothes and two or three drawers are out at the same time and tipped over on our child luckily the bed kept it from hitting the floor.

Very Nice and relaxing stay...

We had a great time over spring break...the heated pool sure helped when the temperature dropped into the 50's. Condo was very nice and clean...just wish it had more window's or maybe skylights to brighten it up naturally. I did think all the additional fee's were over the top and I feel like all the pet fee's should be refundable deposits if nothing happened. My dogs do not shed and are supper clean...you wouldn't even know they were there. Just my thoughts. All in all it was a good trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was nothing good about our rental. First of all it is a end unit,dumpster right next to it. They are building new condos behind it,noise all the time. Furniture is uncomfortable and needs cleaning. No rugs anywhere. Oh yes try living two months with two people with one small dresser. The washer needs to be cleaned, had stains from it on some clothes. I could go on but you get the jest of it. The complex was great, we have stayed in other condos there and they were great.
