Close to fabulous restaurants, bars, and parks for you to have the best vacation experience.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INFORMATION BELOW.

- 2 CARS CAN BE PARKED outside parking next to the house.

- PARKING: YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK UP TO 2 CARS AT THE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS IS CITY REGULATION. ALL OTHER CARS WILL BE TOWED FOR VEHICLE OWNER EXPENSES AND THE CITY CAN ISSUE A FINE OF $2510.

- SMALL GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We respect our neighbors, so we obey the rules and regulations of the city and community.

- Any sound must not be heard distinctly for one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more as measured from the property's baseline between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily and fifty (50) feet or more as measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily.
We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

- Private pool - please swim at your own risk. Once a booking is confirmed owner is not liable for any pool related injury or incidents.

-Electric Grill- No fee - We kindly ask our quests to clean after they finish using. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50 fee.

- We care about your safety and your property. It is important for us that you know:
Ring Door bell - front door - security camera
Video cameras aimed at the front yard and driveway, also on the pool.
Central security system is deactivated during your stay. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWITCH OFF THE CAMERAS.

- Damaged items (cost of replacement):
Bed sheets stained where they can't be washed - $50
Lost or ruined towels - $10 hand towels and $25 bath towels.
Please put all used towels to the laundry room before your departure.

- SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.

- The guest shall use the house for residential vacation purposes only. Large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. The house may not be used in any commercial way or for public events, commercial promotions of products and services.

- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. The amount of occupants in the house is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots, pans, glasses, plates, and utensils. Jumpstart your day with our Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee capsules.
We also provide salt, sugar, paper towels, detergents. You will have everything to cook various dishes in the kitchen or use the grill to have a great dinner.

After a long day of sightseeing or working, you can relax in the living room and watch a movie. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen smart TVs and the living room has flat 75" 4K screen TVs as well.

Master bedroom with king-size bed has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two separate single beds. Complete sets of bed sheets, blankets, and extra pillows are also provided. The couch in the living room transforms into queen size bed. All bathrooms include a set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.

Our covered terrace is divided into two zones: a lounge area with comfortable furniture and a gaming area.
If you prefer peace and tranquility, then our backyard will completely satisfy your desire: a large saltwater heated pool (please make sure to reach out to find out the temperature if interested. Guests do not have access to change the temperature setting) and of course beautiful landscaping.

High-speed Wifi, central A/C, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, games (such as monopoly for kids and adults, poker set are located under the TV) all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!

- WE PROVIDE baby feeding set, swimming float ring, packnplay, folding highchair.

THE POOL IS HEATED FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL.
