Fully stocked kitchen, Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: Double , Bedroom 3: Futon, living room: Sleeper sofa.

Lake visit

Quiet neighborhood. Great parking! There were 2 bass boats that were easy to park. Beds were very comfortable. Close to a boat ramp and restaurants. Will stay again.

Amazing property

Place is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and a great location to the lake. Parking was perfect and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very nice

We usually stay near the lake when we’re visiting family. This space was perfect for our family. We had our adult children and kids all together and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the stay. Everything you could need was there and we really enjoyed it.

Tournament week end

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable, close to lake. We had 2 Ranger Boats w/ SUV's. Parking was GREAT! Would definitely stay again!!

We used this for a home base for Eldora Kings Royal Weekend. It is roughly a one hour drive however well worth the drive to have a spot to hang out in comfort during the day. Camping days are over and a hotel room for three dudes just wont cut it.

Near lake experience

It suited our needs just fine. I can definitely tell there was a lot of effort put into updating and renovating. Very nicely done and clean. That being said, I feel it's fair to point out for future rentors that it is in a trailor park. Not that there were any issues, but at first glance I envisioned a cozy little retreat with some space. Sometimes when you go on a getaway you wana getaway from people and distractions. But we had no problems, kids had a great time and enjoyed going to Cedar Point and the Air Force museum with this place in between. There is definitely a lot to check out in the immediate area but we didn't pick the site for local activities. Would definitely say it's a great location for the beautiful lake and all it has to offer.

Nice property!

Jeremy was a great host! He was flexible and a great communicator. The house was clean and small, but great for what we needed it for. TV was easy to access, price was right and we enjoyed the location close to the lake and other area restaurants and shops. Just as a heads up, this property is located in a trailer park, but at the very entrance so that didn't bother us. The only thing that would've made it better is if there was a fire pit! Don't hesitate to stay here just because it is a trailer. I was a bit skeptical, but everything was remodeled nicely and besides the space being small, we were glad to have the 3rd bedroom for our group.

Comfortable Lake Stay

Three separate rooms plus pull-out sofa was perfect! Comfortable beds with plenty of extra bedding and pillows. The covered porch made it comfortable to be outside during the heat and even during a storm that passed. Will stay again!

Property well portrayed in pictures. Very clean. Nice size yard for kids to play. Plenty of parking space. Short walk to park area, bait shop and putt putt golf. Owner quick to respond to questions.

Newly renovated trailer! Stayed for extended weekend!

The trailer was in prime location to the lake! My cousins came from out of state to ice fish for the weekend and this place was perfect! It was within walking distance to the lakeside pro bass bait store and only a 2min drive to Blackhawk ramp. Wonderful host, always checking on us if we needed anything. Even had a buddy of his shovel the walkway off after it snowed. Overall had a great time and will be back! Was the cheapest rental I could find and it was well worth the $$$$!
