This lovely second floor villa sleeps six, offers peaceful landscape views, and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space ideal for preparing meals at home during your vacation. The open living area extending out to the balcony is bright and comfortable for a crowd! The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a spacious, updated bathroom. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds and is just across from the gorgeous hall bathroom. This villa is situated between the Calibogue Sound, the inlet of Braddock Cove, and the always-entertaining South Beach Marina Village.

From another guest - "This villa was beautifully decorated with attention to little details - there were even turtles on the door pulls in the kitchen! It was fully stocked with anything we needed, including a hair dryer or night light and we were provided with plenty of linens/towels and soap, etc. The bed was super comfy, and the large master bathroom was very welcomed. It felt just like home. The villa location was perfect for us...steps from the Salty Dog Marina, beach, tennis, pool, bike rental. The sunsets were beautiful over the Calibouge Sound. We really enjoyed how quiet the location was compared to the rest of the island. It was paradise! We can't wait to return."

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* 1665 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd floor, B stairwell. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
