This house was fantastic. Great location and had everything you could need, including a coffee bean grinder! We would stay here again and again!

Beautifully maintained property.

Wonderful house--comfortable and well appointed. The palapa/shaded porch overlooking the beach is the best! The property managers are super responsive. A top notch experience all around.

Paradise on the beach

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. It was also extremely clean and well taken care of. We sat out at the fire pit at night, hearing the waves on the beach and collected shells in the morning. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this VRBO is!

Quaint and cozy

Beautiful Spanish style home on the beach of Las Conchas. Home is perfect. 2 bedroom w comfy beds, two fireplaces one in MB and a fire pit on the beach with great trade winds blowing across the palapa covered porch. There is a charcoal grill built in on the porch. The home is easy access to town. This is a gem and the owners are pleasant and easily reached if needed, although its unlikely you will need anything.

Beachfront Gem

We had a wonderful time at this property. Upon our arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness and the welcoming ambiance. Everything one would need was available. Just needed our food items and we were set to cook any meal. Even when the power went out (no fault of the property), when we reached out the property manager responded immediately and followed up with us once it was back on. I highly recommend this home, it won't disappoint. We hope to return soon.

Excellent! We’ll be back!

Superbly clean upon arrival, easy to access, had everything we needed and more. Secure - garage and gate was a plus. Beautiful setting, quiet beach, picturesque. Kids loved exploring the tide pools at low tide and boogie boarding at high tide. Close to small minute-market, pizza, coffee, main road into downtown. If we come back to Rocky Point this will be the first place we check. Perfect for family of four.

Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Mia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The private, gated entry is very nice, and the back patio area is such a beautiful retreat. We did not want to leave, and we have plans to return in the near future. I highly recommend this property! My only suggestion, advice is that if you are staying in and cooking, you may want to pick up disposable small plastic containers or storage bags for left overs/opened foods. Without a doubt, this was one of the best rental properties we have been too.

Perfect Getaway

This is a great little house for 2-4. Just my husband and I went to Rocky Point this time and it was the perfect set up. The kitchen had all that you would need...so nice to have nice pots and pans and dishes! Very well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach home!

This is one of the loveliest homes we've stayed at in many years of traveling to Las Conchas in Puerto Penasco. The palapa porch is divine! The home is clean, simply and comfortably furnished, and lovingly cared for. The kitchen is spacious, with new appliances and pots and pans. Everything about the house is just perfect. The owners were super responsive and friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

150% Recharged!

The property was super clean, and thoughtfully prepped for our arrival. It's obvious the owner and his team care deeply for the properties here and for your experience. Larry even stopped by to say hello. Thanks again Larry and please pass on our sincere appreciation to you team for an outstanding job well done. We spent most of our time on the patio just watching the ocean. Even got to see dolphins each morning with our cup of coffee. Absolutely no complaints. You cannot go wrong at this property. Highly recommend. We'll be booking our next stay with you in short order. :) Cheers!

Beautiful beach house

This house is amazing right on the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We only left to get groceries, otherwise we did not want to leave. We have stayed at this house twice and both times it has been perfect!

Beautiful cozy house.

Celebrated our 47th anniversary at Casa Mia in Pierto Penasco,. The house is water front just open your door and you are on the beach. It had all you needed to make our stay perfect. Will stay there again.

BEST SPOT FOR 2 COUPLES!!!

This little house ON THE BEACH was a perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary! It’s super quiet easily located close to town. The pictures don’t do justice on this view! The house was full of everything you need! We stayed 4 days and wanted to stay longer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing beach front home!

Beautiful beachfront home that was far beyond our expectations! Down to the relaxing music playing when we walked in👌 Comfortable bedding! Beautiful home decor.. Just a great place to stay! It was absolutely Perfect for our family vacation. Had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Owners were great to work with and will definitely rent this home again! Can't wait to be back. We travel to Rocky Point several times a year and this property rates at the top of our list. This property is very well kept and the property manager was extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful spring break:)
