This rare, two-floor Penthouse is located in downtown Victoria and comes with secured underground parking. This luxurious furnished 2 bedroom + den (or third bedroom), 2.5 bathrooms Penthouse overlooks downtown and the inner harbor and boasts a total of 1585 sq ft (148m2) of living space, making it the largest unit in the building.

This one-of-a kind unit features a 400 sq ft primary patio with a full dining table, 2 tanning recliners, couches and a fireplace; plenty of room to enjoy outdoor dining. The primary bedroom has a separate patio for two to enjoy the sunset, wine and ocean views. The main floor patio has a gas BBQ.

This hidden gem is centrally located in the core of downtown Victoria. Its location allows for privacy from neighboring buildings and is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Steps away from bistros, coffee shops, shopping and Canada's oldest Chinatown. Minutes away from the harbor, theater district, The Empress Hotel and Parliament. As this condo is located in the downtown core of of a busy city, on the weekends there will be some noise from neighboring restaurants city traffic. When all windows and doors are closed, the condo is very quiet.

This building was originally built in 1987 for the Ministry of Forests Service and was revitalized into a condo building only 5 years ago in 2017. It was then completely renovated in 2021 with premium fixtures and finishes throughout, heated floors featured in all bathrooms. Fabulous layout with the bedrooms completely separate and the two floors gives a feeling of a townhouse versus a condo. Fantastic livability in this unit.

Perfect Stay in Victoria BC

The location is perfect, the condo is immaculate and Jonathan is a wonderful, communicative host. The property is right in the center of downtown with multiple walking options for food and shopping. The condo is fully stocked with anything you might need...and more. If you are headed to Victoria (beautiful city!), don't hesitate to book this place!

Jonathan’s incredible penthouse is all that and more! From the incredible location, decor, and sunset views on the sweeping patios to the thoughtful touches like welcome champagne and fresh flowers throughout the space—everything was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, and Jonathan was a lovely, communicative host who gave us excellent recommendations of things to do for our first time in Victoria. We will absolutely be back and have started a new family tradition!

Fantastic Apartment, great host

Loved the apartment. Central, but quiet, private and secure. Sparkling clean, thoughtful extras - coffee, cream, fresh flowers, champagne, chocolates, a snack drawer. Even a birthday balloon for my Mum! Comfortable beds, lovely linens and towels. Can walk to all of Victoria’s downtown attractions, restaurants and shops. Would absolutely return.

Perfect family stay!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 11) absolutely loved our stay in this perfect location. We are so happy we chose this spacious, beautifully updated condo over a hotel. We are well-traveled and enjoy luxurious lodging, and this place made everyone happy. Jonathan has thought of everything, including blackout shades which we find essential on vacation. The kids couldn’t believe the snacks that he left out for us! We walked all around Vancouver, and there are so many restaurants right there. The parking is really convenient and the building is very safe. Everything in the condo is pristine and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Stay here when you’re in Victoria - it is a true gem!

Love this condo!

Jonathan was the perfect host! The condo is conveniently located at the north edge of the historic downtown with Chinatown directly across the street. What a view from the living room, master bdm, and all the decks! We appreciated the fresh flowers, chocolates, bubbly, and the dining recommendations our host made. Swanzees and Fuego’s graciously accommodated our family member’s’ dietary needs, and provided excellent service. Looking forward to another stay!

Beautiful Property

Stunning views and gorgeous location. Easy to walk to many awesome locations. The condo is beautiful and modern. We felt so comfortable. The welcome and walk-through was amazing. I felt completely safe and secure. Quiet area. I loved it!

Beautiful apartment superbly located

This property was everything it was advertised to be. A lovely two-level apartment with all the trimmings a short walk from the waterfront and lots of great shopping, restaurants and pubs. The apartment did not lack for anything. Jonathan was an amazing host providing a great list of places to visit and in which to dine. Our favorite place for breakfast was Shanzee’s - practically next door. Also next door a low key craft brewery. You can’t go wrong choosing to stay here. We look forward to coming back.

Absolutely Perfect !

Stunning property, incredible location! Jonathan has created the perfect experience for a trip to an amazing city. Condo was like new, pristine, modern, comfortable and Jonathan included so many thoughtful touches and amenities. Location is spectacular, across the street thru Fan Tan Alley to Chinatown. Easy walk to famous pubs, government buildings, museums, waterfront and the Empress Hotel. Jonathan was an incredible host, he even had the condo decorated for the holidays! Do not think twice about where to stay because this is the perfect home in the perfect location. You will love it!

5 Star and Perfect Location

Our family has been visiting Victoria for years and we are so thankful we found this condo/Penthouse! Perfect inner harbor/downtown location, outside balconies were a huge added plus, interiors were stunning, condo was clean, fully furnished with everything you could need and linens were luxurious. We have very high standards and we will be a returning! Jon was more than accommodating throughout the rental process and made sure we had all we needed and had extensive knowledge of the area. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria!

Glorious Victoria

We had never been to Victoria but have rented VRBO all over the US. Our host was the most hospitable and generous of any I have ever worked with! The condo was immaculate and so very comfortable. He thought of everything and provided it as well! There were flowers and chocolate as well as cream and coffee! The sheets and towels were top drawer. Our group spent lots of time sitting and talking and Jon’s condo was perfect for that, as it had indoor and outdoor seating that was great. We felt pampered and well cared for. The location was in walking distance to everything, including the most fabulous restaurants we have tried. Someone told me that you could not find a bad restaurant in Victoria and they must be right. Tea at the Empress is a must do and so is a spin around the harbor. If there were 10 stars on this review, Jon would deserve them! We highly recommend this rental and we will tell all of our traveling friends and certainly be back to Jon’s condo in Victoria! Thank you Jonathan for everything, especially for being so easy to work with and contact when we needed you!

The best vacation rental we've ever stayed in!!

This was easily the nicest vacation rental experience I've had and I've stayed in hundreds. Jon was the perfect host with countless little touches that went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and special. Communication, cleanliness, and comfort we're all a 5 out of 5. The location of this place could not have been better with secure underground parking and 3 patios with breathtaking views of the Victoria harbour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to up their ante in a trip to Victoria BC and will be back to stay at Jon's place in the near future!

Beautiful place in beautiful location!

Jon was a expentional host! We booked the trip way in advance and asked him a ton of questions, he was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. He made us feel welcome to the city by providing maps, providing the necessities + more! When we arrived! The area is in a great location - right in the middle of Chinatown, super close to many restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, bars, museums and the Wharf! The parking was very secure and was able to fit a large GMC suburban no issue. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, the patio with outside propane fireplace and bbq was a huge perk. There was cable/Netflix on every TV, a fireplace inside, luxurious furniture items, desk area, and a good washer and dryer. Plenty of space for 6 adults + one dog for four days! Must try the biscuits + gravy breakfast place next door - so delicious! Definitely recommend Jon's place!

Family trip to Victoria

My family and I spent the weekend visiting Victoria. Jonathan’s condo was the perfect place. It was extremely clean, a beautiful condo, with everything we needed. Jonathan was a gratuitous host who took the time to ensure we had an easy check in my and all our needs for the weekend we’re met. The condo has a terrific location, close to the waterfront and downtown. I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Heavenly living in Downtown Victoria

Best stay in any downtown we have ever stayed. As gold members with Fairmont Hotels, we were reluctant to leaving our familiar grounds, but this proved to be much better. We did not want to leave! Jon, the owner, is such a phenomenal host. Very very highly recommended!!

Amazing stay in Victoria

Jon’s condo literally met every expectation. The location was perfect. Centrally located and walkable to literally everything. The check-in and checkout process was easy and Jon was an amazing host, helping us arrange a ride, answering questions about the condo and offering recommendations (including restaurants) even before we got there. The condo itself is even better than advertised. Spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and it seemed every detail was considered and high-end, ranging from the luxurious linens and towels, the stocked fridge and pantry (my daughter loved the snacks) to even the high quality toilet paper (not kidding). Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We also loved all the outdoor space, particularly the roof deck patio. Honestly, this was one of our favorite rentals ever. Jon was a great host and his condo made our trip to Victoria very special.

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! This is an incredible property in downtown Victoria. Everything was perfect - very clean, bright and well appointed. I would definitely buy family here again the next time we’re in Victoria. Jon was an excellent host as well, couldn’t ask for more.

great location, terrific host

We stayed in Jonathan's condo for three nights and it is as near perfect as it could be. The location is ideal, and he went above and beyond to make our stay special. There are so many small touches that made the condo more than just a place to stay. The condo itself is beautiful, function and luxurious, and the setting in the downtown area perfect for shopping, dining and sight seeing. This place is highly recommended - 5/5.

Fabulous

We loved our stay. The place was just gorgeous with so many luxurious details. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfasts and the fire pit in the evening. The location was ideal. Jonathan made us feel very pampered and welcome with many unexpected extras. Fresh flowers, wine, chocolates, beverages in the fridge, and snacks were left for us. It was so thoughtful and lovely. The bathrooms had lovely extras too.. including flowers! We will be back!

The best place in town

All I can really say is WOW!! This is the most beautiful luxury condo! High end everything, impeccably clean with details throughout. The location couldn't be better, just walk out the front door and you are steps from great shops, restaurants and more! The views from the decks were stunning. Jonathan was more than accommodating with our group, and communicating with him was a breeze. We were greeted by a chilled bottle of champagne, fresh flowers throughout the place, chocolates, a snack drawer and fresh juice, milk and drinks in the fridge. He thought of everything! It made our stay in Victoria really special. Thank you so much! We will be back!
