We appreciate your feedback. We have now installed a brand new shower head in the main bath as well as new toilet seats in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were freshly painted immediately prior to your arrival! We do not provide facial tissues as a rule but if you had requested them we would have happily obliged. The listing clearly shows and describes the 4-piece bath with shower for both luxuriously appointed bathrooms. We do not show that we have handicap rated bathrooms with higher toilets or a walk- in shower. Clearly we made ourselves available for your every demand. Included extra laundry detergent for example on your request, installed an orthopaedic base structure on the pull out Queen bed based on your concerns prior to arrival etc. Although you had damaged the electric blind we attended to it immediately. Our goal as hosts is to make your stay as close to perfect as possible! We represent our property with integrity: extraordinary photo coverage and detailed lists of exactly what we provide. Unfortunately it appears we could not make your stay ‘perfect’ no matter how hard we tried!
