Steps away from The Fountains Ballroom and minutes from Bella Terre Vineyard & Reception Hall, The Estate House is a beautifully renovated home nestled in the Loess Hills, surrounded by farmland and wildlife. This grandiose architectural improvisation will provide you with great common spaces and plenty of privacy with the same amenities you would expect from a first-class accommodation.

This is a quiet, country place, away from town, and no neighbors to offend with late nights or loud noises.

This is a perfect location for family gatherings and pre-wedding events. There maybe traffic on the private road as there is a wedding venue near the home.

Security cameras are located at the front, side, back of the home, and by the driveway. Due to technical issues, the cameras may not be recording at all times. There are no cameras located inside the home. Guests must be able to navigate stairs.

The accommodations were perfect for our family. 4 families met from 4 different states for our Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The en suites were key for us!!! Living areas are very spacious, lots of room to move around in as our families ages range from 4 to 70.

We had a great 3 night stay with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty for the grandkids to do - games inside and fun outside. We all had a great time!

Perfect place to stay for our daughters wedding

Excellent location to stay for our daughter's wedding at the Fountains. Beautiful house with a lot of room for the wedding party to stay as well. Would recommend it highly!

Omaha Family Vacation

The house was great, clean and well cared for. Plenty of room for 15 people, with room to spread out throughout the house. The favorite place was the game room with the pool table and foos ball table.

One of a Kind-Perfect for our Group

The house is so unique and gorgeous and was perfect to house the wedding party for our daughter's wedding. Everyone was bowled over by how beautiful and spacious the house was. It is the right blend of a big, vintage farmhouse with plenty of modern amenities. An excellent place to stay!

A Relaxing Stay

This home was everything we were looking for: peaceful, relaxing, and strategically located. The owner was attentive and responsive. The home was spacious, with lots of activities. We especially loved the turkeys that meandered across the lawn! Our stay was everything we were hoping for and we would stay here again!

Amazing family weekend

This was the perfect song for our family! Location, size, bedrooms, bathrooms were just perfect for us! We can appreciate the rural location but also the attractions nearby! We were looking for a good gathering place somewhere in the middle of all our homes and this was perfection!

We had a family wedding to attend nearby and stayed here with multiple family members. Everyone absolutely loved their accommodations and the common spaces where they could visit and enjoy everyone's company. Staying here so close to the wedding venue allowed us to enjoy every minute of the event we all traveled so far to attend. Highly recommend!

Making Beautiful Memories

We met from many states for a family reunion. Beautiful charming farmhouse with lots of space for gathering. Kitchen had everything, beds comfortable- it was absolutely perfect for a large group! Family Reunion

We had our Family reunion here with ages varying from 2 to 92. The single bedroom downstairs worked well for our 92 year old. The stairs were very steep with shallow treads to the 2nd floor. My Parents are in their early 70's and were able to navigate them without issue. The game room was extremely well stocked with games for all ages. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep/cooking. There was excellent water pressure throughout the house. We had an excellent stay, and will again if our travels take us back to the Omaha area.

Family reunion vacation

My family gets together at a different VRBO every other year for a week long vacation. This house is easily one of the nicest that we’ve stayed at since we started. Plenty of room to spread out, but also wonderful common areas where we could come together. The pool and foosball tables were big hits with everyone! The property manager/owner was also one of the nicest that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. And the setting around the house is gorgeous. All in all, an absolute 5 star experience.

Family get together

Absolutely amazing house! So comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. They had everything we could need and were wonderful communicating with us. Their house manual was so helpful. We had family all stopping by to visit, play games and hang out. It was the perfect space for my loud family to talk for hours and have fun without bugging neighbors! We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Christmas Chaos Reunion

They came from New York, Idaho, Chicago, and Omaha. They ranged in age from one to seventy one. They ate, drank, and were merry. They enjoyed being family together, which only happens every two years at best. They thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the big house. Thank you, Anna, for providing us the opportunity to be family.
