Clean and quite vacation house, good location, just minutes walk to pier 60. My kids love it and strongly recommend to anyone who plan to enjoy the relaxing vacation in Clearwater Beach.

Great value!

Every detail was as presented online. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back. Bar/restaurant right next door was an unexpected bonus. Location to the beach can’t be beat for the price!

Awesome place to stay!

Resort was nice n clean. Had view of the beach as requested. Everything was in walking distance. Only move the once to go Walmart n eat across the bridge. Couldn't asked for a better place to stay! We even stayed an extra day!

Beautiful Getaway.

Our family loved this property! It was so close to the beautiful beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We lived the pool on hot days and enjoyed that there was a deck box filled with everything we needed for the beach on property. We'll be back!

Wedding at Sand Key Beach

Perfect! Clean, cool, lovely staff, safe, convenient for everything: Clearwater Beach is across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, free parking and clean pool! We came to attend a wedding, but my sister and I enjoyed it so much we want to make this an annual vacation spot and stay here!!! Thank you for a hassle-free, great vacation!!

Overall we were happy with our stay but the pictures weren’t what we got. I prefer to pick a place based on the exact room that I’m staying in. Again it was perfect location to beach, restaurants and live music. That’s what we went there for and the room was for us to sleep.

Very nice

This place was just right. The only thing I would change is the size of the fridge. It’s small but I had a cooler to help out. Close to everything and would recommend staying here. I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay because my mother passed away while I was there so I had to cut my stay short.

The location was great! The room had a musty smell and there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. There was not any closet or any hooks to hang anything. That was difficult for a three night stay.

We wish we would have know about these issues during your stay as we would have been more than happy to rectify your concerns; had we been made aware. There is a portable wardrobe/closet in the unit, but unfortunately it only has shelves. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Pelican Pointe is considered a condo/hotel, so all of the rooms here are individually owned and we are the onsite management company. We are working with the owner of this room to have an area to hang clothing. We appreciate you sharing your feedback as it helps us to improve and better serve guests.

Great location, ocean view!

Really nice clean unit, in a great part of town, short walk too most all attractions in Clearwater Beach. Half of mile from the pier. Really enjoyed this unit and our stay here!
