The entire unit was well stocked with amenities and kitchen equipment needed for a family friendly stay. The rooms were all clean, beautifully maintained and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was quiet and having the pond just a few yards away made for a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. We’ll definitely be returning!

The place we stayed at was exceptionally clean and well kept. Had all amenities that we needed I would definitely stay there again. Rhyan, our host, was always quick to respond if we had questions. I recommend this place if you are ever going to Phoenix !!!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. The house was clean, very well kept, and perfectly located for our golf trip. Plenty of space for the three of us to spread out and relax. Would absolutely rent this property again without hesitation.

We had a lovely weekend at the Lake Front townhome. There was some miscommunication with the cleaners, but upon reporting it to Rhyan; all was completely and quickly addressed. This is almost more important to me than arriving to everything in order. Rhyan was super helpful, friendly and professional! The view out the front window was lovely, the rooms and facility fit out needs very well. We also enjoyed the lovely pool area which is maybe two minutes out the back door.
Even our two year old enjoyed the view from the front window!!

Excellent Scottsdale condo overlooking a beautiful lake and majestic views of Camelback Mountain and epic sunsets! Spacious cozy bedrooms and great TV room and open kitchen. The outdoor patio garden is a gem, with a lovely water feature and cozy furniture. Close to everything in Scottsdale, 101, ASU and more. Highly recommended. Would love to stay here again over and over. Good communication and responsiveness. Covered parking for 3 cars too keeping the car in the shade is also a plus!

The house was just as we hoped and the location excellent. U fortunately for us the community pool has a problem after 4 days and we had to check out as temperatures were around 40c and the pool was the whole point of choosing the house. Despite this would definitely stay here again if ever in the area

4-day baseball eval and tournament

Was in Scottsdale for my son’s baseball tournament. This place is a great location. The kids fished the lake and caught huge catfish. The house is very clean with modern appliances. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The AC works well. We liked having the carport next to the back patio—was easy to load equipment everyday for games. We grilled steaks one day and did DoorDash another for quick pizza delivery. The oversized sectional sofa was comfy and the TV has thousands of channels… this place has everything. Will definitely book again.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

Loved staying at this property! House was incredibly clean, two bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and living space is all open concept and larger than expected. The neighborhood is peaceful and the relaxing pool is steps away from the home. Neighbors weee friendly and Host was very responsive. Clean towels, working dishwasher, impeccable refrigerator. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and hope to stay again in the future. All restaurants and groceries were just minutes away. Great location and views. Love!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this amazing property. We were in town for our son's graduation from ASU and the location was perfect. Beautiful Lake view. Unit was new and immaculate and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The rental car company gave us a hybrid Wrangler and we were able to use the on-site charger which was fantastic. The pool was fabulous and we were often the only ones there. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!!

A Gem in the Perfect Location!

Our family loved this updated 3 bedroom rental right on Chaparral Lake! It was convenient to all our favorite haunts. The bedrooms and closets are smallish but beautifully updated. The small garden terrace is delightful and the front patio perfect for people watching. Rhyann was very responsive and took care of the few minor details
