Welcome to Paradise! Navarre Beach is known as Florida's most relaxing beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Beach Colony Resort can be your slice of Heaven. Enjoy some of the best views on the beach from this gorgeous, East Tower, 5th floor space. Beach Colony offers resort-style amenities and features, including the largest pool on the island, charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, a community room and fitness center as well as private beach access. From the spacious, curved balcony you have a great vantage point out to the Navarre Pier, the Gulf's longest, on your East and to the West, amazing Sunsets and it is accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

We only rent to Families, No Groups or Parties Photo identification and a signed rental agreement are required

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance during these months.

We LOVED our stay here! This condo feels more spacious than other condos we've rented. Loved the tasteful decor and the fabulous balcony! We had one minor issue with the new ice maker, and the owner responded very quickly with a solution ... even following up after his initial visit to make sure all was well. Thanks so much for a great place for my sisters and I to have a much needed time away together!

Beautiful condo with a great balcony. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins every morning. The condo is well stocked including full size washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, and an ice maker. We spent plenty of relaxing time on the beach during our four night stay, and it was just what we needed. Andy D’s and the Pier Bar are within walking distance. Andy D’s has a great grouper sandwich btw.

This condo was so nice, we had two senior couples, it was a perfect location! The condo was beautiful, the balcony was where we spent a lot of our time. The view from the balcony was great. The decor in this condo was really nice. We so enjoyed our visit and we will make future reservations.

This was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. It was clean with high quality furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of supplies for the beach. The entire facility is well maintained with easy access to the beach. I would certainly rent it again.

The whole place felt clean and fresh. No artificial fragrances… just clean. The decor was welcoming and comfortable. Loved the balcony! I was not expecting to have beach chairs, toys and an umbrella to use.

Absolutely loved my stay here, everything was as advertised on the listing and pictures. Michelle was very quick with responding to any questions or concerns I had. The property was squeaky clean at check in and anything I could have needed was available from the kitchen to beach chairs, enough towels etc. Excellent views with everything I needed close by. I’m already planning my return. Thank you so much

Amazing!

My boys (ages 15 and 11) and I enjoyed every second of our stay in this condo. The location was perfect; the amount of space for the three of us was great; the beach and pool access was simple and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Navarre Beach was absolutely wonderful! The area is beautiful, and this condo was beyond perfect and it’s beautiful!!! 😍 We were planning next year’s return on our first day! Anything you could need is there for your use. Beach towels, chairs and toys, and the kitchen is stocked better than my own! Thank you so much, Michelle and John, for sharing this cozy haven for families to enjoy. It is perfect! 😊

This condo is amazing! Very clean, convenient, well-decorated and well-stocked. I loved the balcony with amazing views to watch the dolphins while I enjoyed my morning coffee. The condo is so convenient, we did not have to pack our lunch to the beach. We simply went back and forth…I did not want to leave and cannot wait to book 2025❤️

Perfect Navarre Beach Condo!
