Glimpse of Grace at the Gulf


Welcome to Glimpse of Grace our home away from home!. Gulf shores is one of our families favorite places to be! We love to spend summers here and we just spent our first Christmas at the beach. The views never get old. I love having my coffee and watching the sunrise on the balcony and seeing the ever changing and beautiful sunsets each night. We believe Gulf Shores may be one of the best family friendly beaches in the Gulf Coast. With its miles of white sandy beaches, tons of restaurants and so much to do for everyone in the family. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, putt putt, go cart racing, Gulf State Park and so much more! Our condo has 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom! The 4th floor is just high enough to watch the dolphins in the morning and to hear the waves crashing. The water is only steps away! We hope you will be our guests and enjoy Glimpse of Grace as much as we do!

This condo was amazing. It was so clean and decor was spot on for the beach. The location and beach access perfect. The owner was so accomodating and very quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome vacation

The condo was very nice. A couple of minor things and I was able to communicate with owner. Owner was easy to reach and communicate. Condo was close to major attractions and restaurants. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean, spacious and just as described in the details. Rachel was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The location, decor, cleanliness and overall setup not to mention the fact this condo has 3 bathrooms really takes it above the top for us, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and the unit was very clean! The view was amazing from the balcony and only foot steps from the beach. The rooms were spacious and everyone had their own area. Rachel was fantastic and responded to all of our questions quickly. We hope to come back soon for another visit.

Moms and Daughter Senior Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at glimpse of grace. Great location you are literally on top of the beach in the waves which is awesome. Rachael ‘a decorating is spot on and she could give Joanna Gaines a run for her money. Our group of sex moms and daughter celebrating her girls senior year spring break had a great time.

Family Vacation

We had originally booked a different condo and it was a nightmare. We found this one the day before we were leaving and it was our saving Grace! Clean, cozy, and newly updated! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time! The condo was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view of the gulf. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee and watching for dolphins. It was a very short walk to the beach. Rachel was wonderful to work with and answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

First and foremost communication with the owner before, during, and after was excellent! Check-in was a breeze. Conveniently located to restaurants. Nicely decorated unit. I do recommend a single pole beach umbrella since the city of Gulf Shores does have an ordinance against tents and structures on the beach. The unit does have nice beach chairs for use on the beach. Will definitely consider unit again.

A great gulf shores locations

We just got home after a weekend stay there and it was nothing short of amazing! Rachel is an incredible host and was only a message away - not that we needed her because everything was perfect! It was our first stay on the at gulf shores and we can’t wait to go back and would stay here 10 times over. The unit was clean, well thought out, and exactly the break we needed. And can I say, the condo was decorated perfectly and you can tell they poured themselves into it. Loved the framed scriptures throughout ❤️ 10/10 recommend staying here! Thanks Rachel!

Perfect Spring Break Trip!

Highly recommend this condo! It has been beautifully renovated! Attention to detail was impressive!! We really loved the layout. Having 3 full bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms was fantastic! The whole condo was much larger than we expected. You can't beat the location in Gulf Shores. The hosts were exceptionally responsive to all our needs -- and wonderful to work with for a condo rental. We have been to Gulf Shores for several years for baseball tournaments -- and I would rent this condo again without hesitation! One of the nicest we have rented in our many trips to the beach! Thank you for hosting us!

Lovely vacation spot

We recently stayed for a little more than a week at Glimpse of Grace with three of our adult children. The condo had everything we were looking for -- easy beach access, balcony overlooking the ocean where we could work with laptops as needed, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, three full bathrooms. :) We brought walkie-talkies so we could easily talk to whoever was either at beach or in condo & didn't have to worry about phones. Saw lots of dolphins. Full moon was awesome. Place was decorated in a darling way. Close enough to the restaurants/shops, but not too close. Great fish market 1/2 mile away. Rachel super responsive. We would stay again!

Nice Gulf Getaway

Let’s start with the communication and check in process, which I’d like to commend the host for making practically perfect. All communication was clear, the host was very accommodating and informative. The condo itself is well kept. It’s located in an older building but management seems to maintain everything from the pool to the grounds fairly well. The location is perfect as it sits on the strip, adjacent to a marker/coffee shop and on the backside is the beach. The cleaning crew could’ve been more thorough, but it was not awful. Probably need to routinely buy new linens, shower liners, etc. to maintain the complete clean and tidiness standard. None of which put a damper on the overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

More than a "glimpse" ...

The condo was beautiful and very well-equipped. There were even baby items there for our use which made it convenient not to have to travel with (i.e. baby pack-n-play for a toddler to sleep in). The view from the balcony was so good that I was able to easily photograph my family, both at the pool and at the beach, from the 4th floor. The ocean was closer than I've ever been for a beach stay – making it easy to lug lots of necessities to keep the kids happy. But, what I'd really like to express is that even though this beautiful property is titled "Glimpse of Grace" – it's really the owner (Rachel) that is full of grace. I texted her frequently with questions, etc. She was always quick to respond and extremely friendly. I felt completely at ease renting from her and pray to be able to go back again soon.

Wonderful

My family and I do a beach trip every year. To us location and proximity to the beach are high on our priority list. Not only was location and beach access great, the condo was roomy and beautiful. Rachel was a super and made sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend property ! We will be back in the future for sure.

We were well pleased with our stay! Only complaint was the sea weed. Too bad the worst of it couldn’t have been removed from the beach area first thing in the mornings. Like at the public beach!

Perfect Spring Break at a Beautiful Condo!

We loved our time at the Glimpse of Grace condo in Gulf Shores, AL. The owners have done a phenomenal job renovating their space. We have stayed at many larger condo buildings managed by vacation management companies… I would pick this place 10 times out of 10 over those options. Rachel was personable, so kind, and a great communicator. While Tropical Winds is a smaller and older building in Gulf Shores, the condo feels brand new. Great furnishings, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and how can you beat 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms?! 2 of the bed/baths are master suites. The 4th floor balcony has a beautiful view of the beachfront and ocean. The smaller building means less wait time at the elevator and fewer people in the pool. Come out of the elevator, walk past the pool, and take a few more steps off the boardwalk and you are on the beach. For those traveling with family/kids, you know how wonderful it is for the beach to have close proximity to your room, bathroom, kitchen, etc. I couldn’t recommend this place and it’s owners any higher… perfect spring break for our family and I’m sure we will be back!
