House Rules

☀ Unregistered pets and overnight guests are not allowed.
☀Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
☀Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property, including outdoors. The fee for smoking is $200.

Other things to note
-----------

We have installed True-Grid pavers on the grass in front of the house. You can comfortably park the car on these parking pads in front of the house.

Please do not park on the left side of the property as it belongs to the neighbors and do not block their driveway when parking on the cul-de-sac.

We recommend Uber, Lyft, or driving to get around this area.
