This charming home is designed as a comfortable, convenient escape--perfect for families, professionals, and travelers. Located minutes from Duke University, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham, our home offers the ideal mix of tranquility and accessibility.

Please note, we started building a tiny home in the backyard over the summer. Construction has finished and we are working on furnishing the new unit. The backyard has been newly seeded for grass, so it may be a little muddy. The side yard and front yard are still fully available, as is the fire pit. We have dropped rates to compensate for the inconvenience. Most will still enjoy their stay but please contact us if you have questions.
