Gold Coast is Downtown Chicago’s best neighborhood to be! This is an “Entire Space” private studio (Hotel size) only for you and your company.
The studio is right next to some of the most Legendary Clubs/Bars - Famous Restaurants as well all the designer shops on Rush and Division streets.
You are 3 minutes walking from the Oak Street Beach & you are also in walking distance from all Downtown attractions & the "Magnificent Mile"
- 2 bike stations a min from the property - WALK or BIKE everywhere
The space
Red Line (CTA - Metro) station is one block from the property (you can take the train/ CTA from the airport).
Some of the attractions you can visit by walking are: Navy Pier - Lake shore - Gold Coast - River walk - Trump tower - Willis tower - John Hancock - The Loop - Art institute and of course the MILLENIUM Park and the BEAN!
Right above the building you will find 2 CVS stores, Wallgreens, Grocery stores, Fast Food, Bar & Restaurants, multiple banks, currency exchange and more.
