▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 4 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout and manage expectations before booking. Air mattresses and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
▪️We only provide 2 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangements, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
▪️Regular maintenance services such as pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

▪️ Since this unit is located in a building, you may experience occasional noise from neighboring units or the surrounding area. While we do our best to provide a peaceful environment, we encourage guests to consider this before booking.
▪️ The shared washer and dryer are coin-operated. Guests will need to bring their own coins for use.
▪️ Please note that all units share one hot water tank. At times, hot water may run out temporarily and will need time to refill before it’s available again.
▪️ The kitchen microwave vent does not vent outside. It filters and recirculates air while cooking, so some smoke or cooking smells may stay inside the unit longer.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max #: 2 (under 50lbs only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking inside the property.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances. Parking in another unit’s designated space is strictly prohibited and is subject to fines and enforcement action (you will be towed).
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking rules, etc. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a min of $150 replacement fee ; Parking at the wrong spot will be towed ; Unauthorized entry outside the regular check-in/out times may result in additional charges.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (ChargeAutomation). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
