We had a great time with our family. The weather was pretty close to perfect. We would have liked more window coverings as it is quite bright in the morning. A larger table in the upper unit would be nice either indoors or on the front deck. Your place was a nice size for our family. We hope you had a Thanksgiving that was as blessed as ours was.

You found your place!

We had a great time staying at this house and we have stayed here once before. It is impeccably kept up at a great location next to the beach! The host is excellent and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t!

Wonderful Stay! Perfect Location!

Our family (AZ & TX) stayed in both the upper and lower units the week of the 4th of July. Our three families with kids had plenty of space. Both units were remodeled and were so boho-beach cute with newer furniture and decor. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, towels and beach towels. There were convenient washers, dryers & new appliances in both units. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, it was so comfortable we cooked all of our meals in for the week. The garage fit both of our SUV's and was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, etc. It was a short block to the beautiful beach where we set-up camp for the day and really didn't leave. So many wonderful memories that we booked right away for the same week in 2025!! Thank you to the property manager, Keri, for a seamless check in and check out! We can't wait to come back! :)

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here for a week with our extended family and had teenagers up to adults. The spaces are awesome and the amount of bathrooms was perfect! Everything is clean and new and you have everything that you need and nothing that you don’t! I would 100% stay here again and was super satisfied with everything from the location, to the amenities to even the parking, which, if you are familiar with Newport, you know can be challenging. Stop looking! You just found your beach house!

Perfect Winter Beach Getaway!

We were a group of 10, celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday on NYE! The units are so well done, the finishings, fun and modern. We had everything we needed! I would recommend for groups renting together. We stayed on the first floor, our kids on the 2nd. We can hear everything, walking, talking etc. would be a bit uncomfortable for two separate groups. Overall, we loved the location, and would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Perfect for group or family vacation

A CELEBRATION

We rented both apartments for our family of 12. The setup of both A and B worked perfectly for preparing meals, game nights and other activities. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well supplied. The location was good. Not far from the boardwalk and close enough to the water for a polar bear plunge on Jan.1st. Keri was available via text and responded ASAP. We only had one minor problem and its was resolved quickly. We enjoyed a wonderful week here with our family and would love to do it again!

Family Vacation June 2022

2022 marked the 25th year my family has gone to Newport. As you can imagine we have stayed in MANY homes throughout the years. Without a doubt: this house, the location, check in process, communication, cleanliness, beds/linens, kitchen/living space etc etc etc were top notch!!! Thank You & can’t wait to book again in 2023!
