Perfect location

Perfect cute little place prime location so happy overall only issues parking in garage but parking is free at board walk in case your in a larger car and unit is behind beach facing units.

Cozy Place with a View!

Our stay was amazing! Inside was very clean but the best part is the rooftop deck! We were able to BBQ and watch the sunset from up there. The place is walking distance to the beach too. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall its a decent place to stay. Communication with host, Chris, was sometimes a bit difficult, but overall he was responsive. It took the 3 days we were there to get a new tv installed in one of the bedrooms, finally got it on the last day of our stay. Not loking the 'Streaming' of channels, couldnt get one college football game. The mattress on the pull-out couch is totally worn out and needs replacing, being able to feel the metal cross beam definitely wasn't comfortable. It was obvious the cleaning crew didnt clean behind the pull-out, there was a ton of sand and some papers once u pulled out the bed. Only 3 forks. The 'jerry rigged' portable air conditioning unit wasn't properly installed to the opening in the kitchen window, allowing flys to come in. I mean for the money, all of these things should have been taken care of before check in. The location is great, if thats all you care about...The host seems to be a nice enough guy, but he really needs to take a look at all these things and tidy things up. I would recommend this condo if all these things were taken care of. Didnt take any photos, didnt want to bash it too badly. Like i said, great location... Thanks Chris for getting the television.

Slice of Heaven

The home truly was a slice of Heaven and being located right on the boardwalk was perfect. Chris was super easy to work with and communicate with. He always responded immediately to any message and wasn't afraid to give recommendations for places to eat, coffee shops and so forth to ensure the stay was perfect. Thank you Chris for the hospitality and for the accommodations.

AWFUL!! INFESTED WITH TERMITES!

DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL...Upon arrival, garage was too small to accommodate minivan(Host had assured me minivans could fit) I had to take the license plate off to squeeze in. Place was not professionally cleaned. Right away we noticed dead bugs on the kitchen walls....I spent the majority of the 2nd day killing and vacuuming up termites in the kitchen. My 13 year old had termites on her when she woke up! KICKER was a mouse on my 7 year olds flip flop..We left the rental early, and was assured by the owner he would fully refund me ASAP.. I t took me calling VRBO customer service over 5 times for the host to finally submit my refund MINUS cleaning fee's! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wonderful Vacation

Great location if you have younger children. Property manager was always quick to respond with any questions and super helpful. Parking was a little tight but it was an awesome place for me and my family.

Beautiful place and so close to everything. Really clean and had everything we needed.

The host was always attentive to any questions that we had and very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!

Lovely oceanside apartment

This was a clean, nicely decorated, comfortable little apartment in a terrific location. We were able to just step out to the beach. Do be aware that it was nearly impossible to park a minivan in the tiny garage, and because it is a smaller place, there may not be things in the kitchen you might typically find (tongs, colander, spices and oils). Just bring what you need and a more compact vehicle and it's terrific.
