Welcome to Hacienda Vista, just northwest of Buena Vista, at the base of Mt. Columbia in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area. Sitting on 40 acres, this three bedroom southwestern ranch style house is perfect for your visit to Buena Vista.

The heart of the house is a great room that combines the dining room, amazing gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room, all in an open concept floor plan. To enjoy the amazing views, there is a great patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining set.

This home offers:
~3 Private Bedrooms
~Satellite TV
~Wireless Internet
~Gas Fireplace in each bedroom
~Propane Grill
~Fully Appointed Kitchen
~4 miles north of the town of Buena Vista
~2, Friendly Dogs are Allowed with associated pet fee
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Relaxing in the mountains

Had a relaxing time with family at Hacienda Vista. We have stayed here multiple times of the last few years. Always a great time and fantastic place to stay

Beautiful, big home, perfect in every way!

We had an amazing stay at the Hacienda! The hosts were extremely communicative and the house had everything we needed. The views are stunning. The beds were so comfy, the bathrooms were all very nice. The house was much bigger than the pictures made it seem, perfect in every way! Can’t wait to return

Everything you need and great views.

This place has it all and we enjoyed our stay. There were just two of us but you there is room for many more. Everything in the house is top notch.

Perfect Get Away

We met our adult children at Hacienda Vista and enjoyed a long weekend together. The home is perfect for gatherings. It has a large common area and kitchen and each bedroom has a bathroom. The photos do not do it justice. The area has so much t offer. We will not hesitate to return!

Fantastic Mountain Views

This is our third stay at the Hacienda Vista property. Beautiful home, well equipped with all the necessary items you may need. Great grilling area and views that can't be beat. The property is well away from surrounding properties allowing for lots of peace and quiet.

Buena Vista Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Vista very much - the house was very large, clean and comfortable. We were very much taken with the design and all of the artistic features of this beautiful adobe home. This home would easily accommodate 10-12 people. The back area was fully fenced which was great for the pups. thanks again for sharing with us.

Mountain View Hacienda

Have enjoyed the Buena Vista area for over 50 years. One of the most beautiful spots in Colorado. This property has some of the best views of the surrounding mountains of any property we have stayed previously. Beautiful home, tons of space, not many homes nearby and a look forward to renting again in the future.
