This is a luxury home located in a gated community and has incredible views of the gulf and bay. This vacation home is surrounded by the best views on the island and is custom built. The home features 4 massive composite decks with breath-taking views and a fishing dock which is great for loading and unloading passengers on your boat. Semi-private beach and bay access as well.

With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this home has an open concept and is very comfortable and can sleep up to 18 with ease. This home offers a large open living room, dining room and kitchen (with Keurig) for entertaining. 5 King master bedrooms, all with water views, 1 King sofa sleeper room, 1 bunk bedroom (with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds) and a bedroom with a full sized bed.

Beautiful home

The home was well equipped and the owner stopped by to show us how to properly work the elevator. Beach access was close and the bay was near with a fabulous Pier. Very pleasant stay!

Perfect for family gatherings

First noticed how clean it was. Fit my family of 3 generations perfectly. Amenities, layout, location wonderful. Kitchen very well supplied for large group, dishes, pots & pans, even 3 good sized crockpots! Definitely on our list to return.

Perfect weekend stay

This property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed for our party of 4 couples, two single adults, and 2 small children. The kids loved the pool which was located directly across from the house, plus a public beach access was just a quick walk across the highway. And the house is conveniently located ~ just a short drive from restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and nightlife.

Fun family week at the bay and beach

My growing family with 4 children and their spouses and 9 grandchildren under 11 love this home with all the room it has! We see this as our place to come every year for years to come for our family beach trip! It offers the rooms we need, the beach, the bay with a pier, and a neighborhood pool. We can see both bay and beach from the house! It has a basketball shoot, fooseball table, and a putting green for home entertainment. Pensacola Beach also has a free trolley to ride to get around which the children really enjoyed! The people in the small neighborhood were really nice and the beach is not crowded. I recommend it highly for a family vacation spot!

Awesome Family Vacation

Very large house. Gated community. Great location 3-4 minute walk to Gulf beaches, pool right across the street. House was clean, appliances adequate. Second fridge in garage was a bonus. Everything worked fine, dryer was quite slow, may need to clean the outside vent pipe. Could use some new shower curtain rings. Ice maker was such a great bonus! Lots of kids gaming equipment available.

Views from home were beautiful and the multiple decks are where we spent most of our time. With very close by access to gulf-side beach, sound-side beach and pool we couldn't have dreamed of a better set up and took advantage of all three. Town/Boardwalk area was a short drive away and had everything we needed from a beautiful spa to great restaurants to shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Week

Reviewer Comments: Our large family (16) had a wonderful week in this beautiful home.We have stayed in another house in this neighborhood several times in the past, but this house was our favorite! We love this small neighborhood, as it offers a great dock on the sound for fishing & sunset viewing, easy access to the Gulf and a pool. There is a trolley that runs along the beach in the evenings which we always enjoy using when going out to eat. The decor of this house is beautiful but the bathrooms don’t have a single towel bar or even a hook, which was unusual but not a deal breaker. We will be back!

The kitchen has adequate utensils and pots. Wished it had a few containers to store leftovers as we cook when we are here. Wished they had blow dryers in some of the bathrooms. We did use the elevator as one of the family members had knee surgery just a few weeks before we came. For the price of the house wished the elevator fee was included in the overall price. Overall a fun time by all. Big group

There is not one place to hang a towel. Two of the sleeping areas did not have any window coverings. The outdoor gas grill has a missing flame shield that makes it very difficult to grill on. No mats at the doorways for sand control. We were not notified ahead of renting that this home is for sale and when a showing was scheduled PBH did not respond to our text that a different time would be more convenient for our party of 16. The broker was upset and we had to deal with that. Check in on Saturday night was impressive as well as the Sonic ice machine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our trip to Pensacola Beach this year. It was a little cooler ,and there were purple flags out for jellyfish, but it was a vacation. The house was beautiful and obviously very new. It seemed to be primarily set up for events. We were a family of parents, two children and spouses, and 4 grandchildren ages 7-12. Part of the reason for choosing a larger house was adequate sleeping rooms and plenty of bathrooms. However there were some less than perfect qualities. The elevator was very finicky and as a result we rarely used it. I have been stuck in an elevator in the past and simply did not utilize it unless absolutely necessary. The only limited ability shower access was on the third floor. We stayed on the second floor and my husband slipped in the shower. A drop-in shower, with hand rails on the second floor would be helpful. Also, laundry and general cleaning materials, including a broom, were on the third floor. And we couldn't find a dustpan. This may be important to anyone who rents the lower floor in the winter and expects to be able to wash clothes or sweep. The children enjoyed the games in the first floor area but there were no activities for the youngest or board type games for evenings, except the cards provided by Paradise (Thank you). The kitchen was loaded with implements but was disorganized,and there were limited coffee cups. Just enough for the coffee drinkers but no extras for tea or hot chocolate. Plenty of heavy plates, but needed some light weight kids stuff. Some of these things will be resolved with time. A "Welcome to this House" note in the kitchen junk drawer or posted on the wall would be helpful.
