Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful venue with excellent amenities--tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, golf and more. We enjoyed the boardwalk leading to the beach and parking access right next to the beach entry. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The washer and dryer were very loud. The beds had sand. Checkin was until 4:50. Pots and pans were excellent. Pull out sofa was thick and nice. Make sure you ask about gym access we were never able to get in.

Not what I was expecting!

The condo had a broken microwave, hairdryer in master bathroom was not working, the floors were filthy and if two people were taking showers at the same time, the unit would run out of warm water. The unit had a strange smell to it, after turning the A/C down, it got a bit better, but my husband noticed that there was no A/C filter. I called Maintenace and left a voicemail, but no one ever called me back nor did anyone stop by to put in an A/C filter. The fridge would leak water from the ice maker whenever the freezer door is opened. I think the best part about this unit was the balcony, it was specious and the view was nice, everything else was not impressive. The pool wrist bands were oily and nasty and 1 of them was even broken.

Beautifully renovated?!

Booked via VRBO for a 4 night stay. Could not even stay 1 night due to an unbearable odor, stained and soiled furniture and bedding, and general uncleanliness of this condo. Did not receive check in information/access code and had to call VRBO for assistance contacting the property manager. I STILL have not heard from the property manager despite multiple calls, emails, and VRBO messages. The receptionist offered to have the condo re-cleaned, but the issues with this condo were way beyond the scope of a housekeeping crew. She then offered to refund the cleaning fee, but I made it clear there was nothing she could do to make us comfortable staying at Seascapes. I requested a full refund and was told (after she checked with her boss AGAIN) that she could only issue a partial refund despite us not spending a single night here! Unacceptable and I will dispute the charges with AMEX. Also, still have not heard from the property manager….

The worst ever.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a worst ever experience that I have during overall stay. This is not a vacation, it's torture.I got reservation on 07/04 to 07/07. Dunes 2 room 403. During 07/06, my room had no water for everything. All the members were unable to take a shower or even flush the toilet. Everybody sleeps and leaves the room with dirty beach water and sand from head to toe. I tried coctact customer service and left a voice mail with all the number that I know but no respond.,,. Two members' eczema got worse when they weren't bathed. 07/08 I called customer service again and Emily took care of me. She said would give me a callback or email about the discount. And again, nothing. Keep waiting forever. No respond. We have to see a dermatologist about eczema, it flare up so bad. Please give me a call back at to solve a problem.

Much Needed Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy vacationing at Ariel Dunes. Condo 403 is very nice and we would stay there again and recommend to others. Only issue was the TV in den would not pick up normal cable TV channels and we were advised by maintenance that it probably needed to be replaced. Master bedroom TV worked fine. Great location for restaurants. For us, Miramar Beach is our 2nd home. Check in/out was easy. Parking was fine. Management responded quickly to TV issues. Well do it again this year.

Not What I expected

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked through Seascape thinking it would be a better place to stay for my husband and I Anniversary. When we walked in the room, the smell was horrible. The room had a terrible Odor like mildew. The sofas was dirty. I had to cover the sofas with a blanket. I will not return and would not advise anyone else to stay.

Amazing Location - Needs TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing. The condo complex was very nice. Great security. Always felt safe. Pools very clean always. Location to others things was great. Condo itself needed some TLC and a deep clean. Looked like no one had been there in some time. Extremely bad smell coming from the water heater area that needed to be addressed but because of July 4th Holiday we knew our options were limited. Seascape office said I would have to address smell issue with the renter (Seascape) so we just decided to tolerate it the best we could. We plan to return to the beautiful Destin area again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is good as far as floorplan and size. Floors were nice. It's decorated nice and has so much potential but the unit needs new bedding, rugs, shower curtain, couches and some paint to cover some dirty places. Some of the issues were...the small bathroom shower curtain was moldy (so we didnt use it)and every throw rug was nasty dirty. The couch has some stains and so do the comforters. Luckily I brought sheets and plenty of quilts and pillows to use.The sink drain in the kitchen is discolored and the toaster was kinda rough looking. The 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress. The large bathroom wall by the toilet had marks on the wall and needs to be painted. It seems to me whoever cleans just gives the unit a lick and a promise or maybe just comes in and changes the bedding. The bookcases books and games in the living room were all in disarray. (They should straighten that up when they clean) I will say the balcony was spacious and that furniture was great. The large bathroom was a good size w a nice shower and vanity. The kitchen, bar and kitchen table were nice. If I was the owner I'd get a new cleaning company, paint the walls and get a new couch, loveseat (or ones w slip covers that could be cleaned) replace the bedding and throw rugs. You can't beat the location. The pool is nice and the beach is fabulous!
