Beautiful, high-end reverse style home on an inlet off Barnegat Bay in Chadwick Beach! Spectacular views. Wake up to water views from the master bedroom. Then have your morning coffee with the sun and later a drink under the stars from the deck overlooking the water. Gourmet kitchen opens to the living room and then out to a second deck overlooking the water. Just 2 1/2 blocks to Chadwick Beach. Also walking distance to Chadwick's Bay Beach. Excellent location

Property was clean and stocked with everything your family needs. Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus with direct water access. Manager was accessible and helpful when needed. Overall great place for a family vacation!

Great Beach Vacation

The house was exactly as expected but had more amenities then I expected. I was thrilled at the number of bikes, beach chairs and paddle boards. It was a quick walk to the beach and floating in the bay off the deck was a wonderful and relaxing way to spend time. The street was so quite and the beds very comfortable.

Perfect place for our family

This brand new house was perfect for our family stay over the holidays. Spacious and very clean with a great common area to cook and be together to play games and hang out with out kids. All of the windows and views are great. Would be a phenomenal place to stay in the summer as well. Brought back childhood memories coming back to Chadwick Beach. Check in process couldn’t be easier. I will definitely consider this property again.

Gorgeous House

The house was absolutely gorgeous. We overall were very happy with the house. We did have some issues and the property manager was available whenever we needed him. Negatives: 1) The grill was not able to be used. It was not clean and there must of been some mechanical problem with it. 2) The umbrella on the lower deck was not workable. 3) Even though the house had kayak's and paddle boards the ladder was on the wrong side of the dock and it was very hard to get in. 4) According to Vrbo check in was at 4:00 pm. When we got there, the cleaning lady was still there and had to wait 15 minutes to get into the house. Also on Vrbo, it stated that check-out was 11:00 am. The cleaning lady showed up at 10:00 am. When mention to the cleaning lady and the property manager they told me it was 10 am. There seems to be a miscommunication between Vrbo and the property manager that should be fixed. 5) A lot of stairs and no downstairs bathroom. Positive: 1) Bedrooms had a lot of closet space, comfortable beds, beautiful view and lots of sunlight. 2) Kitchen/Family Room: had lots of closet space, comfortable sitting area and lots of sunlight. 3) Decks; beautiful view overlooking the canal. 4) A lot of added amenities: bikes, beach carrier (what a life saver that was), kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor shower. 5) Great for a family and lots of space for lots of people. I would recommend this rental.

Great House for family with teens

House is wonderful, clean, light & bright, on the water with beautiful bay views. Easy walk to the beach (and Wawa!) and teens love biking to town and all over. Came with paddle boards and tons of good crabbing off the dock. Not so good for families with little kids (or elderly) due to the multiple floors & stairwells. All around great, comfortable house, with responsive host in a prime location.

Lovely home in a great location

We had a great stay; the house was very clean and well stock, including bikes and beach gear which was great. The top deck has a fabulous view and we even caught some fireworks at Seaside Heights. The kitchen is on the third floor so be ready for a lot of stairs if you like to eat outside :)

great home great location

This house was ideal as it was the perfect location between other homes we had to visit, but beyond that it was great. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in a rental in years and the views from every window was spectacular. The communication with the owner was perfect and any small issues were dealt with instantaneously. We would stay here again in a second

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

Loved the house, location, and amenities. However, because the app didn’t work that’s used to unlock and lock the front door, the garage door opener code was changed to 9876 to coordinate locking the house. Also the lower extension pipe was missing for the table umbrella, and we weren’t able to locate the base for the umbrella. One other thing, in the fourth level bedroom bathroom, the spout is loose on the counter top.

40th Wedding Anniversary

Perfect setup for our celebration. Views from every room of the lagoon were outstanding. We took turns making meals and had a feast on the large deck. We actually caught crabs and bluefish from the doc as an added bonus.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Our family and friends had a wonderful time in this luxurious vacation home. The house was clean and comfortable, with a large kitchen for family meals. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views and the close proximity to the beach, tennis courts, and even miniature golfing.

Great location!

We had such a wonderful week! Beautiful, clean. We loved being on the lagoon, worked as well as having a pool in the backyard. Neighbors are so nice. We ended up really randomly picking a great location in Chadwick. Owner was very responsive. Tons of teens and parents all around and right near the Wawa. One recommendation would be to have access to a vacuum. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect Home for a Special Day!

I rented this property for myself, my daughter and her bridesmaids the evening prior to her wedding until the day after the wedding. It was a perfect setting for the wedding day preparations! Our photographers, videographer, hairstylists & makeup artists couldn’t believe the amazing natural light they had to work with & the architectural details of the beautiful staircase for pre-wedding photos! The waterfront decks afforded us beautiful photo opportunities too. The owners were responsive to emails, gracious & made us feel extremely welcome even including a celebratory note & bubbly upon arrival 😁. I look forward to our next stay in Johnson Shores!

A Hidden Treasure

My family and I arrived to this beautiful waterfront rental, and was even more blown away in person. We were welcomed with a sweet surprise and Darryl was very accommodating throughout the entire process. The house is fully equipped and had more than I would have expected a rental to have. The neighbors made our stay even better, they welcomed us during our time, and the street felt like family. The beach is just a walk away. The house and the neighborhood was very clean and safe. The pictures posted do not do this place any justice. Down the street are tennis courts, basketball courts, two available parks in walking distance, Wawa, a tackle and bait, a mini grocery store, and even a mini gulf. This is such a perfect getaway, and the atmosphere is really geared towards family. The house has so much natural light coming in, the house has a lovely open concept. Overall the house is very up to date, a lot of steps so be prepared, but totally worth it. We look forward to returning in August, and perhaps every year. Thank you Darryl!

Beautiful

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Brand new construction in a peaceful neighborhood. The living room/kitchen and master bedroom have beautiful sunset views! There is outdoor furniture and a grill ( not pictured) . Every kitchen utensil is available, plus extras you may not have thought you needed! The owners exceeded our expectations with their hospitality. They made sure check in was smooth, greeted us with wine and were available to answer any questions during our stay. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We were so happy with our stay and plan to book again when we are back in Jersey.
