Relaxation comes easy at this home in Port Aransas. The living room and primary bedroom have a TV. If you’re traveling with a larger group, you can also rent out the unit next door.

Outdoors, you can sit in the sun on an upper-level deck. Beneath the house, a covered patio with plenty of seating offers a shady spot to chat and relax. Upstairs, you can sip drinks and bask in the sun on a separate deck.

After a day at the beach, kick back on the comfy couch and chairs in the living room furnished with coastal decor. A 48” wall-mounted TV comes with a DVD player. Whip up meals in a full kitchen with contemporary appliances, stylish cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. A coffee maker helps get your day off to a great start.

Snooze soundly in the primary bedroom’s comfortable bed. In the mornings, laze beneath the sheets and catch favorite shows on the 40” wall-mounted TV. A second bedroom is ideal for kids with a bunk bed. This room also has a storage closet and a washer/dryer. A full bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Drive just a few minutes to Port Aransas Beach Park. Sit back and dig your toes into the sand, search for seashells with the kids, or splash in the rolling surf. Port Aransas Nature Preserve is nearby for birdwatching and nature trails. Make sure to stop by the fairways at Palmilla Beach Golf Course.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
