Oceanfront Studio Condo en Kahana Beach, Maui

Bienvenido a mi recientemente renovado condominio de estudio frente al mar, ubicado entre Kaanapali y Kapalua y las cálidas aguas del Océano Pacífico. Acabo de terminar un nuevo modelo de proa a popa con azulejos nuevos, pintura, molduras de techo, TV, cama Beauty Rest, wi-fi gratuito y más. La cocina totalmente equipada está equipada con electrodomésticos, microondas, utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios. Ropa de cama y toallas (así como toallas de playa) también se proporcionan. El aire central y un ventilador de techo lo mantendrán cómodo durante todo el día.

La joya de la corona del Royal Kahana (además de mi unidad, por supuesto) es la gran piscina climatizada y la amplia terraza con muchas tumbonas para disfrutar de la vista, un buen libro o una siesta tranquila.

Hay cuatro parrillas de barbacoa a gas en el área de la piscina, y una cabaña junto a la piscina que ofrece un comedor con incomparables vistas al océano. El mostrador de actividades en el vestíbulo puede ayudarlo con las reservas de un luau, visitas en helicóptero, actividades de navegación, restaurantes y mucho más. El acceso a Internet y las salas de conferencias también se encuentran en el vestíbulo. El café de la mañana se sirve en el vestíbulo recientemente renovado, que también es el lugar de la fiesta semanal gratuita de Mai Tai. HI Reg # W01236762-01

Vintage vacation

If you are wanting to experience a vintage vibe then this is the place for you. We felt like we were in the 80’s / 90’s with the dark decor and styling throughout. On the initial face of it the place looked clean but on closer inspection, the bathroom and kitchen were in need of a deep clean, especially the utensils and multiple touch points with visible grime. The shower unit was a bit dirty and the shower panel doesn’t stop water going all over the bathroom floor. The floor tiling in the main area was uneven and visibly dirty through inadequate cleaning. The lighting was poor especially the dusty ceiling headlamp that my husband kept being hit by when within the vicinity of the sofa. Whilst the photos reflect the facilities they do not reflect the ambiance of what felt like a dark and oppressive room. The appliances in the kitchenette are dated and rusty and appear not to be working efficiently as per the usage instructions for the fridge/freezer. Be prepared for little sleep if the weather turns windy as the double glazing is poor and you will hear the howling through the night and day. The condo is in need of a refurbishment and a deep clean. We have stayed in other self catering properties on Oahu and they are leagues ahead for the same pricing that include parking. On a positive the room has great views of the ocean where you will see whales during the winter season. I would recommend that you take/hire binoculars to whale watch, it is addictive!

Great view but AC did not work properly

The good: The view is excellent The bad: We rented this unit because the listing said they had AC. The AC didn't work properly. We let the property owner know and she told us to call the managment company. We called and they sent someone out. They said the AC needed repair and AC tech. The property owner sent us a message apologizing but said she couldn't get an AC tech within the next 2 weeks. That wasn't acceptable and I let her know. She offered no concessions.

Kahana Paradise!

This was our second stay in Karla’s condo and we have already booked 2 weeks next year. The unit has amazing views from the lanai and there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The complex itself is very well-maintained and has a great pool with plenty of chairs and a small workout room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The view from the lanai is absolutely spectacular!!

The property is just as it is shown in the pictures. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 10 night stay. We never needed to contact the property manager during our stay. The appliances and lighting could use some updating. Really nice having laundry facilities right in our room. The location was perfect. With-in walking distance to groceries and restaurants.

Great Views but needs a few updates

This is the perfect little place for a couple. It had what we needed but could definitely update the kitchen, lighting, appliances, hair dryer. I would also suggest to add some beach chairs and boggie board to the property.

This condo was a great base for our Maui adventures. We loved the location- easy to find with an incredible ocean view. Great for watching whales anytime of day! The condo was nicely furnished and had almost everything we needed. Only things we were lacking were a coffee pod maker and a pizza cutter, but we made do. Other than that, we were happy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Kahana condo!

Excellent location, I've stayed at this building before. Quiet area and this condo had everything I needed. Check in process was smooth, the building employees were all very kind and courteous. My favorite part was that spectacular view from the lanai! I was watching the whales during the day and it was magical. Of course I was there during prime whale season. I imagine that during the summer the sunset views are probably ideal. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Good location, close to family, activities and shopping. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer is always convenient. The view of the whales from the balcony was awesome. Will return again as a guest.

Karla is great & very helpful! Perfect location, great wiews from balcony, where we spent most of our condo time. Comfortable bed and sitting area. Great shower. Small condo, great value, fine for 2 people.

Studio condo with lanai ocean views

Comfortable top floor studio condo, lanai with ocean views. The condo has central A/C, washer/dryer, kitchen with utensils. Consistent cool breeze makes A/C unnecessary. Recommendations would be: update stove, microwave and pots/pans. Also, update with larger smart TV with instructions on remotes. Property has pool, barbecues, and gym. Dislike: property charges $10 a day to park and spaces are close together. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Room was clean with convenient amenities like a fridge, washer/dryer and microwave. Also had a great balcony view and the pool was nice since it was clean and not overcrowded. For the price it was a great stay especially being in a central location in Lahaina close to lots of shopping and beaches

Beautiful view and magnificent sunsets!!

We loved this unit at the Royal Kahana! The place was immaculately clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous as were the nightly sunsets over the neighboring islands. The pool area had plenty of chairs. The waves were great and fun to swim in. The beach is safe. The area near the unit was quiet at night and you could hear the ocean waves lull you to sleep!

The accommodations were beautiful.

The room was perfect and the sunsets from our balcony were stunning. Everyone should get to experience the magical Maui sunsets. Locating and reserving this property was fast and painless. I'm already thinking about the next trip.

This was the perfect place for us. Amazing ocean views, comfortable bed...overall we picked the right place. It's a studio unit but it was just the two of us so it didn't need to be any bigger. Highly suggested for a couple.

Perfect location!

We showed up after dark and couldn't see anything from our view but then we heard it! The ocean! Slept each night with the window wide open and let the ocean lull us to sleep. Woke up to the perfect view

Wonderful stay

Our stay was awesome. The absolutely highlight was the amazing view over the sea. We loved it and spent many hours at the balcony. Thank you for everything and the really easy check-in and check-out procedure. We will definitely recommend this appartment to our friends and family.

I fell in love with Maui the first time I visited the island - so much so that I stayed for 10 years. I got a job in the visitor industry that allowed me to see paradise up close and personal. I've flown over waterfalls, biked down Haleakala crater, swam off the black sand beach and dove at Molokini. Although I've moved back to my home in Seattle, WA, I fly back to my island home every year to take a deep breath and feel the aloha.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When I travel to Maui, my goals are sun and relaxation. I have recently remodeled my unit to create an open, breezy, island style atmosphere and to take total advantage of the ocean view. I can watch whales from my private lanai in the winter and enjoy the colorful sails of the windsurfers in the summer. There's no better place to feel the aloha.
