Ski, Lake. Golf - all at Shanty Creek Summit Village

Do it all, ski, golf, lake from this studio unit that can comfortably sleep three in one queen and one twin bed. The unit is ideal for families or three adults.
The unit is fully accessible, there are no stairs to climb from the adjacent parking lot to the unit.
This unit is in Summit Village right next to the hotel, and it has views at the tubing hill/ Lake Bellaire/ fireworks for 4th of July and New Year. The unit offers free shuttle to the slopes as well as complementary access to indoor pool and spa during ski season and complementary WiFi, no password needed.
During summer you get to enjoy free access to Lake Bellaire Summit Village Association beach.
Room towels are not to be used at the pool or beach; guests need to bring own towels.

After a day full of activities walk to the village bars and restaurants. No need to drive! The unit is also feet away from the Summit Village Shanty Creek shuttle stop. The shuttle can be used to travel between Shanty Creek villages and event to downtown Bellaire.
For your convenience, the unit is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, 2 mugs and Keurig coffee machine. While we strive to provide a variety of k-cups, we cannot guarantee availability to satisfy your taste. Please still plan to bring your own coffee.
The room is equipped with 43" Smart TV with Netflix included.
Enough towels for four people are supplied in the room as well as hair drier.

This is not a child proof unit. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the unit and on the balcony for the duration of their stay.

We hope you find the area charming, and that you get to enjoy every moment of your trip.

the only thing iI would change is the shower head. there is very good water pressure but the shower head is harsh. It was quite and clean. The fall were magnificent.

Wonderful Stay!

Very clean, well-kept condo. Comfortable bed and room space, nice bathroom and shower, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect. Nice view off of the private balcony. Grounds were well-kept and so pretty. Check-in & check-out was easy. Communication was a "10". Very happy we found this place.

Comfy spot for two adults and a teen for a weekend of ski racing. Close to Summit shops and restaurants and just a quick drive to Bellaire or Schuss.

Okay once we figured out which building the condo was in. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Loved the private beach. Directions were vague, but we stubbled onto it and enjoyed the water and gas tabletop. The staff was always extremely helpful everywhere. Update the trim (especially in bathroom). Clean the balcony - sweep and vacuum.

Very clean, well-kept little condo space. Unit had a mini fridge and coffee amenities. Owners provided additional large fleece blankets which were very appreciated. Nice view off the private balcony. Check-in & -out was easy.

Perfect For a Stay in Bellaire

The room was a in a good location for where we needed to be. When we arrived the TV and a whole wall of outlets wasn't working. The owners immediately responded when we reached out and the problem was promptly fixed. The only thing is that we wish would have known the pool was out of commission,because we had planned on using it. Other then that it was a good location and good stay.

Misinformation on listing

We look for ski and ski out for a short mother-daughter weekend skiing. When we arrived it was a 10 minute drive to the ski hill Even though it was listed as a ski in ski out. It hasn't been a ski in ski out since 2020. Spoke with the owner who gave me a small discount but very disappointing. It cost me that much to go back-and-forth multiple times in a day.

Didn’t expect a whole lot but it didn’t even live up to that

Probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever tried to sleep in. I say that because my wife didn’t sleep at all on Saturday night. Partly because of the bed and partly because of the noise coming from Lakeview hotel. It also wouldn’t take much to supply some spoons to stir your coffee with or a couple of wine glasses. We asked at the shanty bar if they could give us a couple of plastic wine glasses. Just a few little thoughtful touches would make it a nice little place to stay overall it worked out but could definitely be improved.
