Experience Up North at Shanty Creek Summit Village

Experience life Up North, ski, golf, lake from this studio unit that can comfortably sleep four in one queen bed and one sofa bed.
The unit is fully accessible, there are no stairs to climb from the adjacent parking lot to the unit.
This unit is in Summit Village right next to the hotel, and it has views at the tubing hill/ Lake Bellaire/ fireworks for 4th of July and New Year. The unit offers free shuttle to the slopes as well as complementary access to indoor pool and spa during ski season and complementary WiFi, no password needed.
During summer you get to enjoy free access to Lake Bellaire Summit Village Association beach.
Room towels are not to be used at the pool or beach; guests need to bring own towels.

After a day full of activities walk to the village bars and restaurants. No need to drive! The unit is also feet away from the Summit Village Shanty Creek shuttle stop. The shuttle can be used to travel between Shanty Creek villages and event to downtown Bellaire.
For your convenience, the unit includes fully equipped full kitchen. Please plan to bring your own coffee and anything else you would like to cook. Large size refrigerator with freezer is available in the unit as well as wood grill just outside of the unit.
The room is equipped with Roku TV with free TV options and your favorite apps.
Enough towels for four people are supplied in the room as well as hair drier.

This is not a child proof unit. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the unit and on the balcony for the duration of their stay.

If using the fireplace, the guest is responsible to verify that the vent is open before usage.

We hope you find the area charming, and that you get to enjoy every moment of your trip.

The condo is very clean, kitchen is equipped for cooking. Great view of hotels tubing course. Close to hotel & disabled friendly access ( no stairs) to unit. Will stay here again.

We were they for an annual weekend cycling event - 4th time at Shanty Ck. This was our favorite room of the 4. Super convenient that we could park within steps of the unit and the balcony over looking the valley was lush and peaceful. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were e terrific when we needed a slightly later checkout too.

This was a perfect place to stay for our weekend to watch my grandsons ski racing weekend.

After ski racing the grands went tubing.....some of us got to watch from a warm room!

Great Place For Us To Stay

The location of this property fit our needs perfectly. Very close to Bellaire and to my hunting property. The owners were excellent in communicating with us and the amenities were great. If all goes well hope to be back next year!

Stay was great. The door keypad was temperamental. Sometimes you had to put in the code plus the button at top. Next time you did that it wouldn’t unlock.

Great weekend

The property is in a great, central location. Exactly as advertised. It has a nice balcony overlooking the sledding hill. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of firewood for the fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable

It's a great property, clean condo and quiet building. We've stayed at another condo nearby with a different owner and it was a terrible experience. If we go back to Bellaire, we will try to stay at this owner's place again, it was great.

Up north getaway

This property is amazing, has a full kitchen which we loved. Has a main room that has one double bed and a sleeper sofa. An awesome balcony to sit outside, only downfall on that was the cushions were wet. Other than that truly enjoyed our trip and looking forward to staying there again

Beautiful Scenic Vista from the Balcony

The condo was lovely! The view from the balcony was stunning! Love that it had a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and 12-cup coffee maker. The only thing the condo lacked was a chest of drawers, so we could've unpacked our suitcases in the week that we stayed. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Nice view. Walls are thin. More like an apartment vibe. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Super great value for the price and walking distance to great amenities!

Good cozy place up north

Good clean and cozy place. Loved the pool and hot tub access. This is not a ski in / ski out as advertised since the mountain was closed for skiing a few years ago. The ad should be updated. It wasn’t a huge deal to us and otherwise the stay was great.

The unit is listed ski in/ski out because there is a free shuttle available by the unit to take skiers to the other villages. We are still waiting for news when they will reopen the slopes at Summit.

Clean

This property was clean, but needs a lot of updating. Things we're broken and scratched but not unusable. This property is attached to 2 others on either side of the condo and connected by thin doors so you can hear the neighbors conversations. The fireplace was nice. Overall a decent stay.
