Summit Village – Enjoy Up North at Shanty Creek

Enjoy what Up North has to offer from ski, golf, lake from this studio unit that can comfortably sleep four in two double beds.
The unit is fully accessible, there are no stairs to climb from the adjacent parking lot to the unit.
This unit is in Summit Village right next to the hotel, and it has views at the tubing hill/ Lake Bellaire/ fireworks for 4th of July and New Year. The unit offers free shuttle to the slopes as well as complementary access to indoor pool and spa during ski season and complementary WiFi, no password needed.
During summer you get to enjoy free access to Lake Bellaire Summit Village Association beach.
Room towels are not to be used at the pool or beach, guests need to bring own towels.

After a day full of activities walk to the village bars and restaurants. No need to drive!
The unit is also feet away from the Summit Village Shanty Creek shuttle stop. The shuttle can be used to travel between Shanty Creek villages and event to downtown Bellaire.
For your convenience, the unit is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, 2 mugs and Keurig coffee machine. While we strive to provide a variety of k-cups, we cannot guarantee availability to satisfy your taste. Please still plan to bring your own coffee.
The room is equipped with 43" Smart TV with Netflix included.
Enough towels for four people are supplied in the room as well as hair drier.

This is not a child proof unit. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the unit and on the balcony for the duration of their stay.

Nice place, small, as described. Much appreciated to have a Keurig, some coffee pods, a few coffee cups available. Netflix didn't work - I think the internet was slow while we were there, but that is ok. We were able to get into both the hotel pool and the one described by the owner, which was nice to have options.

I booked a "condo" and i expected at least a kitchenette. Well a dorm fridge, microwave, and coffe pot isnt that. The parking was horrendous, i had to park in another lot and hike up the hill to the hotel room. Not sure why i was charged a cleanig fee when according to the room rules i was expected to take the trash out and clean the kerug coffee pot. I was only there for 2 nights and I definitely was expeting more with the term condo and not hotel room.

Great Property

I highly recommend this nice unit. It was clean, spacious, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for a few days away. We also really appreciated the number of high quality clean towels available for our family to use. It seems like there are never quite enough, but we had plenty! We used the beach club that came with the rental, and that was perfect too.

Family get together

Needs updating and safety measures put in place. Carpet removal and general overhaul such as worn wood and simple updating to made look fresh and welcoming. For comparison to other B&B of which we’ve stayed in a variety in other places and as owners of properties general upgrade will always be a plus

Great location

The room was clean and simple, similar to a hotel room. Bathroom slightly outdated but a great value for the money. The pool was not open, this was not disclosed until after we booked the room, our kids were disappointed. Otherwise a great location close to all the area attractions.

Quaint Cabin

Nice cabin as described, very clean and so easy to check in and out. We were on a wine/color tour so we didn't need a full service space, this was just the right size for our group. Constantin gave very clear directions to find our building as the entire property is very large. We came in late on Friday night so the extra information was incredibly helpful. And there was coffee in the room which was very welcome after a late arrival! We had everything we needed for a girls weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was great. The room was clean. What we didn't like was the fact that there was no ice machines near or a freezer in refrigerator. Also, there were no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Also the lighting was all on one side of the room making hard to see things effectively.
