We are not part of Hawks Kay Resort. The resort's pools, lagoon, tennis court or other amenities are not available to our guests.
Pets are not allowed. A fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized pets for deep cleaning, allergens removal, air scrub, and exterminating services.
Additional charges will be applied for any damages caused. Plunge Pool is heated to 85 degrees at no charge. Please note this is not a hot tub.

We Had no problems communicating with host. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue with ice maker and waiting pool and it was fixed with in a few days.When we arrived we were welcomed with wine and a balloon for my 60th birthday. The home is clean and on point in every detail. Beautiful decoration. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend this home. We will be back next year for a long extended stay.

This is an excellent home, amenities, and host. Miguel is the best host with excellent communication. Everything in the house is set up beautifully and very welcoming. This location is exactly as described and more.

Weekend Fourth of July getaway

Our family’s stay at this property on Duck Key was everything that a vacation is supposed to be - relaxation, and no worry at all about the accommodations. Clean, comfortable, and easy to get around. We will be back, and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent Place to Stay

Great area. The area was close to everything Plunge pool was a fantastic addition. 2 floats fit perfect for lounging.House was clean and offered many amenities. I was surprised at how many. Miguel the host was quick to respond with any questions I had. Loved that the washer and dryer was in the house and not shared. They put together a very nice portfolio of the area restaurants, grocery stores and things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space

Very nice and clean town home. Decorated nicely, well equipped and located close to where we needed to be for a wedding. We loved to special touches that included toiletries and snacks.

We’d Stay Again!

Our family (with two children under 4) enjoyed everything about this property. The kid’s favorite part was definitely the plunge pool! The house comes fully stocked with more things than you could ever use on vacation. There are a lot of things to do for children within a 10-30 minute drive at most. There were a couple minor things that came up during our stay, but communication was very easy with the property manager and things were quickly resolved.

Duck key townhome

Our stay was great. The property was well decorated, clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there were extra laundry pods, dishwashing pods and dryer sheets in the townhome. My only negative on the stay was the twin beds in the guest room were very short. My teen boys are 5’10” and 6’0” tall. Their feet hung off the ends of the bed. Twin XL beds wojld be a great asset for the second bedroom!

Perfect Getaway!

This property had everything we needed and more! It was convenient to the middle keys and all of our favorite places, the communication from Miguel was flawless, and the neighborhood was lovely. We would definitely stay here again! You will not be disappointed.

Great property

Exceptionally clean & well stocked! On the smaller side but makes excellent use of the space. Outdoor patio and plunge pool are so nice! Unfortunately, the boardwalk running behind the property is not accessible. My one suggestion would be to upgrade the towels/linens though there were plenty!

Property was perfect for our stay in the Keys. Just north of Marathon but away from all the traffic, etc. Great property and was clean and had all the amenities. Miguel is an awesome host and checks in with you to ensure all is good. Highly recommend!

Gem Location

This home was 100 percent a perfect fit for our mini family reunion. The location was absolutely perfect to get to any of the islands. The home was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the patio was perfect for morning breakfast and evening meals. Miguel was so wonderful to work with and the binder he provided with all the information you could need for the house, attractions, dining or emergencies was great. We can’t wait to book again.

Fun spot

Loved staying in the Keys. Townhome was clean and neat and had everything we needed for the stay. Extra special touches with snacks and toiletries provided when we got there. Communication with Miguel was wonderful and information for the area and recommendations for fishing guides provided were spot on. Plunge pool and outdoor areas were really nice additions. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great central location to explore the Keys!

This townhouse is located in a great location if you are interested in exploring the Keys! There is plenty of room for a family - and the plunge pool out back on the beautiful patio were a welcome treat at the end of a busy day. Miguel was an excellent host who seems to have thought of everything. Snacks and coffee supplies in the kitchen as well as helpful suggestions on what to check out nearby and clearly labeled info in the home were much appreciated! We would definitely recommend this property!!
