#3327 – Building 3 (which has 2 elevators)
***New Serenity pool, Family pool and 2 hot tubs NOW OPEN***
The renovated third floor villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a separate island with granite countertops. The free-standing island also has a 36” cooktop and seating for two at the side breakfast bar. The 36 c.f. french-door Whirlpool refrigerator features an icemaker with built-in filtered water dispenser. Built-in stainless oven/microwave combo, plus stainless steel dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker and a traditional coffeemaker. Bring your coffee pods!
The two bedroom suite features a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest bedroom that are outfitted with luxury bedding. All the closets are outfitted with closet systems for maximum storage. Both bedrooms have wood flooring and have large flat-screen televisions, with a DVD player in the guest bedroom.
The bathrooms have travertine floors and tiled showers. The Master Bathroom has two sinks as well as a makeup area.
The living room has a 47” flat-screen TV with DVD player.
Front-loading steam washer and dryer. Dining table seats six. Custom draperies throughout villa.
******2 hours per day of free court time at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center!*******
There is a maximum of six people in this villa. Maximum of four adults.
