Esta es una rara Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Villa - una historia de tres caminan hacia fuera, en la playa. Esta villa cuenta con 3 amplios dormitorios, y 4 baños completos, además de un gran espacio de vida para 12 personas, con capacidad para 2 familias fácilmente. Awesome view and location to the beach

We stayed 1/5-2/6. The view and location to the beach cannot get much better. Beautiful sunrise and could hear the waves at night. Kendra was very responsive. Also, right across the street from Shelter Cove. Gated community. Very enjoyable!

Another great trip!!!

Once again we had a fabulous time here! This is the second time we have stayed at this villa (2 years back to back) and will definitely be staying again. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, pool, and Dunes House Cafe. And it’s just a short bike ride/walk to the Tennis/Pickleball courts and General Store. The villa itself has everything you would need for a beach vacation and if you have any issues at all, Kendra is so easy to get in touch with! I 100% recommend this property!

Property is in a great location, steps from the beach. The patio gives great views of the beach and ocean. Recommend staying here and will stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean view!

This is a perfect place for a family beach vacation. Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed and there was a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. I drank coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise from the balcony every day of our stay. If you are looking for the newest upscale finishes in every room, this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, roomy place to have a fabulous family beach vacation this place was just perfect.

Perfect Villa for a Family Vacation

We were looking for places to stay close to the beach but affordable and came across this villa. It was perfect for us. Although a little dated, it had exactly what we needed and was super convenient to everything (the beach, general store, Dune’s House). It was also the perfect size for our party of 7 without being crowded. We loved the spiral staircase and the view from the back balcony. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Vacation

Loved being so close to the ocean…. Very short walk. And the view from the porch was amazing!! All 10 of us, adults and kids, loved the condo. The size of bedrooms were large enough for each family to have their own space with out be crowded!

HHI family beach vacation

It was such a great surprise how beautiful the area was. Regular landscapers & garbage pick up. Literally steps from a wonderful Dunes bar & restaurant, the boardwalk and right out to the beach. Had a few altercations because of the spiral steps with small children. Always stayed in Palmetto Dunes & this larger space was a great find

fantastic beach front holiday

the entire family loved the location of the villa to the beach and pool - both of which we enjoyed many days and evenings we loved dining on the patio while taking advantage of the live entertainment at the adjacent beach club the first floor laundry made it simple to wash beach wear and towels without having to drag through the entire unit the views to the beach were enjoyable on all three levels, but especially from the second and third floors we were well advised in advance of the circular stairways and they didn't create any problems for us (including adults - 70's, 60's, 38's, and kids - 9 and 5) although located near an active driveway/beach access/restaurant - the villa was quiet and except for the ocassional garbage pick-up next door we were never disturbed by noise garbage pick up from the villa was reliable and well organized the assigned parking space made returns from shopping comfortable and convenient the unit was clean and bug free during our visit - interior in need of some minor touch-ups and exterior of all units could use some cleaning/painting - but none of that impacted our enjoyment all beds were comfortable with clean linens bathrooms small but fully functional kitchen well supplied we brought our own beach chairs/toys/carrier - but the unit was supplied with all such items for use by renters access to the unit is simple palmetto dunes location reduces travel to good restaurants that we have experienced in the when staying in sea pines

Holiday Getaway

We do mind sharing that we have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes for over 20+ years, yet, this is the closest we've stayed to the ocean and accessible beach. We typically come in the summer however this year we had a special reunion celebration and we were grateful to have found this property. Owner communication was on point. Pleasant, informative and helpful. Everything you would want from a wonderful host! The condo floor plan is unique and our family absolutely loved it. We were aware of the spiral stair cases as we read reviews and researched, prior to our stay, yet the spiral stair cases only added to our Holiday adventure. We had a group of 6 and we all fit comfortably. Also to note, while in previous reviews, bathroom age or cleanliness has been mentioned. For our stay, the bathrooms were absolutely clean. The bathrooms are older yes, however what we sometimes do not even achieve at hotels, was that we had plenty of hot water. If you want a nice hot shower, this place has it! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the views from balcony and Master bedroom are beautiful. The host provides two bikes and we utilized them. We walked to the General Store, played football on the beach and had many a conversation on the large patio. There is a full size refrigerator, and a mini fridge if you need extra space and an ensuite for each bedroom. While we did get the cold spell that swept across the United States, the heating worked great. Beds are comfortable, clean linens, plenty of towels, etc. and the pool is footsteps from your door yet not right outside it, kitty corner walk. Plenty of space We highly recommend vacationing at this Beach Villa

The pool being so close was the kids' favorite

Overall, the stay was good. The living room was the most used and was very comfortable for all of us. Plenty of towels, and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. The two negatives for us personally were that the bathrooms all need serious upgrades and we were nervous about our 4 year old accessing the balcony. The pool was a huge hit and it was the kids' favorite. Although more lights are needed when its dark.

Terrific Vacation

Great location. Great views. Although it rained for a while almost every day, my wife and her friends were still able to enjoy the beach which was just feet away. We had some trouble initially getting our heavy suitcases up the spiral stair cases to the master bedroom (I’m very old). Free shuttle took us anywhere within the development. Plenty of good restaurants on the island. The house had everything that we needed, almost. Unfortunately, both the dishwasher and clothes washer broke just before we arrived. The former wasn’t a problem and Kendra arranged for our use of a close by clothes washer. She was very responsive to our needs.

Hilton Head vacation 2022

Property was great. Can't beat the location. Easy access to the beach and a restaurant next door made this a great stay. With our kids it was great easy for them to go back and forth to the beach without having to worry at all. Place was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summer vacay

The location can’t be beat! To be steps away from the beach and the pool was amazing. The property is older but that didn’t bother us. My only complaint was having to pack beach towels. Would be nice to have those on the property. Kendra was easy to get a hold of and responsive which we appreciated. We’d love to come back to Hilton Head. It was beautiful, clean and family friendly.
