A tropical haven awaits at this majestic resort condo just a couple of minutes away from Honokōwai Beach Park! Step inside and you will be greeted by traditional Hawaiian decor throughout, along with some nautical touches here and there. The open floor plan of this condo seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has been equipped with comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV to provide a great spot to relax and entertain yourself during your stay. You will look forward to coming home and kicking back in the living room. The dining table is perfect for four and is right by the kitchen for added convenience. The kitchen features a stainless steel full-size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. The breakfast bar is ideal for quick meals on the go and it seats two comfortably. Enjoy all of your meals al fresco in the covered patio, which offers partial views of the community heated pool that you and your guests will have access to.

The property was fairly clean, a little dusting needed, but generally pretty clean. Good distance from beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Good availabilty of ammenities. Pool was great. Only main critique was that the room seemed too cluttered, too much furniture in the living room/dining room. Could have done with out the 2 side chairs and bean bag chair, and/or a smaller dining table. Would make the room flow more and easier to get in and out to the back patio area

Perfect getaway!

This is such a cute space! Me and my sisters really enjoyed staying here- the location was perfect for us. My favorite part was sitting on the patio watching all the birds!

Good location, some improvements needed

Location is convenient yet far enough away from the crowds. Clean but overly cluttered. Some things need to be repaired and for the relatively premium price it should have had some additional amenities, such as beach chairs, sun umbrella, and cooler like most other vacation rentals.

Not what we signed up for

The property was sold to Vacasa after we booked- we were told that nothing would change but that was not true- the former owner had a lot of beach equipment (chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment etc) for use but Vacasa had it locked in the storage area on the patio- we called to inquire but the lady we spoke with had no idea and no one returned our call-the cancellation policy was changed and the former owner listed a portable a/c for use-that was not there. The property is in a great location and we loved it but would never deal with Vacasa again- you have to speak with someone different every time and no one knows what is going on!!

Great Location!

My husband and I enjoyed the location of this rental a lot! It was quiet, the room was very clean, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean lookout area - we saw turtles on three different days at sunset! There isn’t actual sandy beach access, however, if you bring or rent your own snorkel gear, there are stairs down to the reef area just behind the condo. It was pretty warm inside for most of our visit - the fans helped some, but the afternoons were not comfortable. The only other complaint I have was the lack of space to put your belongings. The bedroom closet was full of other things, and there were no dressers or places for you to put anything at all. Luckily, it was just two of us there for the week and we made it work, but if you have more than two people, space is probably going to be an issue. Overall, I’d recommend this place as long as you either don’t bring a lot of things or only have two people traveling. The sunset views were incredible, we felt safe in the area, and we loved being close to Lahaina!

The condo was very clean and updated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The pool area is quite nice and there are wonderful oceanside views. Overall a fine place in a fine location. One of the biggest drawbacks, however, was the amount of unnecessary clutter. The place is somewhat small and there’s simply not enough room for the dozens of decorative pillows, trinkets, non working diffuser, mega bean bag pillow, 2 coffee makers, etc. The back lanai also had too much furniture and the whole place needed to be rearranged to allow for adequate movement of 4 people. Also, I wasn’t thrilled about Vacasa as a company and not having anyone to actually communicate with as you would with a vrbo. I don’t think I’d rent a Vacasa rental again mainly due to the lack of personal communication.

Decor! Decor!

The unit was clean enough, tidy and had a comfortable king bed. Lots of lovely Hawaiian decor that felt a little cluttered. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, appliances, spices and other kitchen things. Portable a/c unit but we never needed it. Left patio doors open and windows above bed to allow a lovely breeze. Safe community.
