Our goal is to provide you and your loved ones with the most relaxing and comfortable vacation experience for all of your beach memories! The Space:
Jonesin430A is a spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome in the highly sought after community of Prominence in Watersound, Florida. The spacious kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a gas cooktop, stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor plan features 10' ceilings and has plenty of windows, offering lovely views of Deer Lake State Park. The living area offers 1 sofa, 1 sleeper sofa that pulls out into a Queen size bed, 55" 4K HD TV, and plenty of board games for family game night. The dining area has seating for 6, and 4 extra places at the kitchen island. The primary suite offers a king bed and an en suite bath with dual vanities, a large shower, luxury tile, and upgraded fixtures. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with bunk beds (Full over Full). These bedrooms have a shared bath equipped with a vanity and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with flatscreen Smart TV's.

Wonderful experience!

Everything was so wonderful! The amenities are fabulous and it is just a short ride on the golf cart to the beach. My family had an excellent time. Jess is very responsive and made sure our stay was stellar!

Great host! Awesome time!

Beautiful condo unit and the host were super accommodating. Very convenient to restaurants and other amenities. Golf cart and bikes were a super plus! If looking for an awesome place to relax on 30A I would highly recommend.

Amazing stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Jessica couldnt have been a better host!! Beautiful house, great location and the kids loved having the pool and the big chill so close! This house has everything! Next time we know we dont have to bring anything for the beach, cause jessica provides it all! We definitely will be staying here again!!

Warm, Welcoming, and Wonderful!

Highly recommend! Beautiful place to stay with or without kids, great location, family friendly community, very nice pool and easy access to the beach. My children loved the many options of family games available and the full size bunk beds were a huge hit! The kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner and having both a keurig and a regular coffee pot met the "likes" of all the coffee drinkers with us. The entire house was so warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a blast jonesin in 30A

We had the best vacation!!! Great place in a great location. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything u need. The golf cart is a huge plus. You can go right across the street to enjoy food entertainment and shops. The beach is a short golf cart ride and beautiful. The neighborhood pool is huge and really nice. We truly had a wonderful time!!!!!

4th of July 2023 stay

We had a fantastic time at Jessica's place! It is a newer home and had those high end touches we were looking for. The space was comfortable for the entire family and the kitchen had everything we needed.she even had boardgames to help entertain the family. We loved the area and most everything was a short drive. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property and you want be disappointed!

The property was exactly as described. Easy check-in and the house was really clean and bed was extremely comfortable! Love having the golf cart available. Easy access to local shops and eateries. The host was the sweetest ever! Always respond to your text messages in a timely manner. You want be disappointed by no means. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation Home!

This was a wonderful home to rent during our first visit to 30A. The house was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby! We had our 7 month old daughter with us, and we loved the high chair and pack & play that was provided. Jessica was quick to respond to questions we had as well. The golf cart was perfect for driving around, and the bikes were comfortable. We also loved that the home was the middle point from Seaside to Rosemary Beach. We will definitely be visiting again!

Such an amazing home!!

This home was so perfect and a great location with the Hub just right across the street. Multiple beach access’s within walking/golf cart distance!! The home had everything we needed & more. It has everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.) The golf cart made everything so easy and was a hit for my kids! Jessica was very responsive with any questions we had. I Highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic property in the middle of it all

This is a true home away from home with all the amenities you could ask for. Very clean and comfortable (I need to find out where the master sheets came from because I need them in my home). The condo backs up to some wooded land, so it is remarkably quiet at all times. The golf cart and bikes are incredibly convenient to access to the "Big Chill", pools, and beach. The location is perfect - about 10 minutes from Seaside and less than 5 minutes from Alys/Rosemary.

Great house on 30A

Such a nice house in a great part of 30A! The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, games/puzzles, etc, and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s really pretty and felt homey. We were very comfortable. The golf cart was great! It made the drive to the beach very easy. Just a short drive to Seaside or Rosemary, but far enough away to be out of the business of those areas. Very family friendly neighborhood. Jessica was responsive and easy to work with. I hope we can find dates that work for our family to come back soon!

Don’t wait to book this place!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Jonesin430A! From the meticulously organized and cleaned home to the location. Jessica truly wants her guests to feel at home and have a great time. Our kids loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach and across the street to The Big Chill. This location has something for everyone in the family! Great place to stay at prominence on 30A!

This condo is great setup and very well furnished! The beds are super comfy and the house is beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the community of prominence, our kids preferred the resort style public pool to having a private one and met new friends to play with. The included golf cart is a huge bonus and makes getting to the beach access fun for the kiddos! The have beach towels and everything you need for great beach day (including chairs, umbrellas and sand toys!) the owner is super helpful and thoughtful of guests needs for a beach vacation. There is no shortage of family activities being right by the big chill/hub.

Great house

Great house, beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything, including a Keurig and a coffee maker. House was easy to get in and out of through the garage with a key pad. Golf cart was great, lots of chairs and umbrellas, and beach towels too which is rare. Highly recommend staying here. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again! You

The perfect home and perfect vacation!!

I recently planned a girls trip to 30A for a long weekend, and this rental could not have been any more perfect. The accommodations provided for this rental, the convenience of where it is located, the street legal golf cart and bikes that were provided, and THE best communication between the owner and myself… it could not have been a more perfect trip. Any question I had, any recommendation that I needed, basically anything at all, this family was immediately responding with the best and most helpful information. I cannot thank them enough for being such a crucial part to a memorable vacation. I highly recommend any family or any group of individuals to rent this beautiful home! This small paragraph does not do justice for the amount of positivity and amount of compliments I could go on and on about!!

Wonderful hostess with a wonderful house!

Perfect house for a girls trip. Would also be perfect for a family! The golf cart was wonderful. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and very nice furnishings. Great kitchen with all of the appliances you could need and a great living and dining area. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. The hostess was very quick to answer any questions and wanted to make sure we had a great experience! I would stay there again, for sure!!

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious

We loved everything about our stay in this beach rental. It was spacious enough for three families and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and bar stools. Unit owners supplied plenty of beach chairs, toys, and cooler. We could not be more pleased with our stay. We will definitely be back!! 5 stars all the way!

Super nice place!!

This rental was by far one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in! It’s super nice inside and has everything you could possibly need while you stay. It’s conveniently located to food and entertainment and has many beach accesses to choose from that are a short bike ride away. The owner was nothing but helpful and answered any questions we had and gave great suggestions. We will definitely be staying here again!
