This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodates a family of four granting them direct access to the nearby pool and non-driving beach. Spend your vacation sipping wine on the balcony, walking on the sand, and reconnecting with loved ones in this beachside getaway.

The condo welcomes guests with tile flooring, a light atmosphere, new decor, pops of coastal blue throughout. Before you venture outdoors, take the time to settle in and relax. You'll find a pull-out couch, massage recliner, and accent chair furnishing the living room. Pick your cozy spot and enjoy a show on the TV equipped with cable, a DVD player, and Roku streaming service apps.

If you prefer your R&R out in the fresh salty air, venture to the second-floor balcony. This space is furnished with an umbrella and seating so you can spend hours listening to the crashing waves. The balcony overlooks the complex grill area, pool entrance, and toward the left you'll see the ocean horizon.

Though New Smyrna Beach is full of fantastic dining, you'll love the occasional evening spent cooking in the condo. The kitchen is well equipped for whatever recipe you try; you'll find cooking essentials, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, and more provided for your use. When you're ready to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar for three or dining table for two.

At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom. This space holds a king bed, flat-screen TV, phone charging station, and plenty of dresser space for personals. A pack & play travel crib is provided as well as a child's dining seat attachment. Guests can use the nearby bathroom that has a standard bathtub.

The Cozy Turtle is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, streaming service apps, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a sleeper sofa, a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, a beach buggy, a stacked washer/dryer, and a designated parking spot.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
