About the space
Brand new home that brings all the familiar comforts of a home, and provides instant access to some of St George's best biking and hiking trails.

The space
2000 square feet of single story home with a view of the biking trails and canyon. A 3 bed/2 bath home ideal for sleeping up to 6 guests in any season with A/C and heating. A den makes it easy to do remote work. Fully stocked kitchen and dining room, combined in an open design with the living room which features a smart LED TV. Outside features an open-air balcony with comfortable outdoor seating.

- 3 Bedrooms: master (king), bedroom 2 (queen), bedroom 3 (queen)
- 2 bathrooms: master bath has a walk-in shower, 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo

Other things to note
Three car garage! The 3rd single garage is designed specifically for bike storage.

stay with a view

two of us had an awesome stay at this property for a month with our two dogs. as noted in other reviews, it is in a new neighborhood that is still under construction. so be prepared for construction noise and dust. that notwithstanding this property was perfect for us. it was clean, spacious and comfortable with great wifi. fantastic views out the back (especially sunrise and thunderstorms!). highly recommended.

New Home with incredible views

This is a new home in a new development and in fact houses are being built all around it, so a busy construction area. That being said the home is surprisingly quiet and it has unobstructed views of the mountains! It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable in every way. Very lovely home and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay

House was great! It was clean and spacious. We had a great time in St. George, thank you! Only little hiccup was code enforcement stopping by to tell us that the house is not in a neighborhood that allows short term rentals. He left after telling us to enjoy the rest of our stay. Felt a bit awkward but we also weren't don't anything worng...owner may be getting a notice or fine 🥺

THE VIEW!!!!

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks to visit our son and get to know the area. The house was perfect for our needs, clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable furnishings and beds... and the VIEW across the valley. She warned us that there is a good deal of construction in the area. And WOW, there was but it had little impact on our stay. It was amazing to us Easterners to watch the weather play out across the valley during the rain/snow storm - beautiful. Would we stay again - you bet!!

Amazing view

Loved this house! The view is amazing from the living room. New construction so everything is modern and clean. I totally over packed because everything you would need was provided! Only downside as stated in previous review is that the subdivision is under new construction but if you don’t plan on being there during the day it would not be an issue. We took our two kitties with us and they even put kitty treats in the welcome basket. And I noticed some dog treats in the pantry! Lol. And it’s close to several golf courses! Although make your tee times when you book the house! We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view

This property is a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to book this property again as it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view out the back is beautiful

Charm in the desert. Superb accommodation, with a world class view.

Place is brand new, facilities were excellent, very spacious and it made our week very special. Kitchen was very furnished. Lots of attention to detail, there is a lot of pride taken in the property. Not enough can be said about the view of snow canyon in the distance. The one and only negative would be the construction nearby, with dust and noise pollution hampering some evenings outside. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Car and transport is very much needed though.

It's a nice eclean new house

The neighborhood is under heavy construction, but the house is clean and well appointed and quiet despite everything going on around it. The house has nice views northward and miles of trails right out back if you know how to search for the trailheads.

Beautiful home in a neighborhood under construction

This home was perfect for us! It was close to everything we wanted to explore (Snow canyon - 25min, Santa Clara reserve - 15min, Pine Valley - 55min, Ledges - 20min, Zion - 1hr). The backyard was perfect for cocktails and sunsets. The view is spectacular! A few notes: - MTB/hiking trails are farther away then they appear on some trail apps. The development complex paved over or are constructing over some of the original trails in this area. Zen is still accessible from the house though! - This neighborhood is being developed, so this house is one of few homes complete on the street. Expect 20+ contractors and many large machines near the house. They started work around 7-730am, and complete around 730pm. One night they finished around 930pm. This wasn't a problem for us, since we were working throughout the week, but plan for early mornings! This persisted on the weekends as well. We would definitely consider returning here for our next time through the area!

Perfectly Peaceful

Looking for a Desert getaway of the beaten path? This is it! Away from the busy city but still close enough to grab forgotten items or go to a nice dinner. Immediate access to hiking and biking trails with amazing views without the crowds! Looking forward to visiting again!
