We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property and will be coming back again. The condo is beautiful, clean, had everything you could need, and is in close proximity to the pool which overlooks the ocean. There is an amazing pavilion adjacent to the pool to enjoy the ocean breeze. I have high standards though am truly impressed with our stay.

A few of the items you mentioned were reported to the appropriate contacts as soon as they were raised and everything has since been resolved. Just to clarify for future guests, we provide clearly outlined starter kits only and do not supply additional cooking items like oils or seasonings for safety reasons. As with most homes in Maui’s tropical climate, occasional ants can appear despite the HOA’s regular professional pest control, and whenever activity is more than what’s typically expected, we coordinate right away with the HOA to reduce it. The perfect spot for a week in Wailea!

We usually do a resort hotel in Maui but not anymore! This condo had all the amenities of a resort but with the added bonus of being able to grocery shop, no worrying about housekeeping coming in, and having the flexibility to easily come and go. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms so we could spread out our stuff! The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the beach and a pool. Parking was easy, quick access to shopping and restaurants, and a lovely view! We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the lanai. Don’t hesitate to book this property! We will be return renters.

Beautiful condo

This condo is recently renovated and out of several I have stayed in at the Ekahi, was probably the best equipped. The location is great. It is close to one of the quiet pools and not too far from the main pool. Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. I would definitely recommend this unit

Don’t Think Just Book

We are hotel snobs and this unit exceeded our expectations. Super clean, comfortable and functional for our family of 3. Very well equipped with everything you could need (in all rooms /kitchen/lanai/bathrooms/bedrooms/laundry). Updated and modern appliances, like brand new. I feel like we were the first people to stay here. Great location just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute to the pool and pickle ball court. Property managers were extremely helpful with great instructions and highly communicative! I’d we lived closer we would return soon but we live in NYC. Don’t hesitate, book!

Advertised as completely updated - not the case

First - we received notice that the main pool was to be closed for the complete duration of our 2 week stay 24 hours before leaving for our trip. The other pools on site were not suitable for our grandchildren as they dropped off in depth very quickly. 2nd - unit was advertised as completely renovated and on arrival found the most disgusting carpet in the bed room. If the owner had only continued the renovations to include the bedroom, it would have been well received. Compensation received for our inconvenience was not adequate in our option.

However, some repairs can take time to complete due to the nature of the work and availability of parts. Despite these challenges, we make every effort to ensure that our guests' stays are not adversely affected and that they are kept informed about any ongoing issues. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the main pool closure. In this instance, the main pool was undergoing necessary maintenance, and we did notify you promptly. Please note that there are three other pools on-site, which offer various depths and amenities. Regardless of the pool's design we highly encourage adult supervision and not rely on shallow depths for safety. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the unit's condition. Our properties are carefully priced based on location, size, season, and quality. If you notice anything that doesn't meet our high standards, please don't hesitate to let us know right upon arrival. Wonderful, Clean, Well maintained Unit, Close to Beach

Wonderful, Clean, Very nicely appointed with Kitchen ware etc. New appliances etc. Very well maintained Unit, Close to Beach. The only reason for low check in score was we were never forwarded the lock code to use Key Pad until following day. Additionally, no matter what map one uses, Google, Apple etc. I never takes you to proper entry point to get to the unit. It directas you to upper parking lot with no cut through, so arriving in dark for 1st night was a real challenge. Another Guest saw us trying to find our unit, called security for us, and they set us straight. For rest of trip we had to correct any Uber driver as their Map always took the the wrong way also. I suggest that future renters of this unit get written instructions for how to get to entrance. Once you know it its not a problem, but challenging when arriving at night or for first time
