Emerald Overlook is a newly renovated condo that has gulf views from the over-sized balcony. It is also on the same floor as the heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. No elevator wait! It makes it so easy to go back and forth to the condo. The beach is conveniently accessible by using the connecting air conditioned covered walkover. The private resort beach and emerald water is just steps away. The resort has 2 POOLS, HOT TUBS, KIDDIE POOL, a FULL SERVICE TIKI BAR, seasonal beach service, on-site fitness center, and retail shopping and coffee/ice cream shop all within the resort. The fishing Pier is also located within walking distance.

The condo has 1 bedroom (King bed), 2 full baths, with a hallway twin bunk area. Sleeps 4 max. Ideal for a couple, or a family with kids. There are smart TV’s in the bedroom and in the living area. Cable and high speed Wifi provided in addition to Roku access to log into your favorite streaming apps- BYOP. The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you need to stay home and cook, if you desire.

SMALL DOGS CONSIDERED (up to 2 dogs, under 25 pounds each). Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations prior to the stay. There will be a non-refundable $100 pet deposit fee (Per pet, limit 2). Message owner to confirm breed and weight prior to booking as the resort does not allow certain breeds.

We offer key-less entry check-in and check-out. The resort offers gated access with 24-hour security and covered parking. Upon arrival, a $50 Resort fee and $20 pet fee (if applicable) will cover your parking pass for the entire stay and wrist bands! Please register your stay with the resort prior to stay- host will send you instructions and more information prior to your stay.
