This charming condo is nestled in the Daytona Beach Resort complex and is the perfect place for a family or couples retreat. Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony and take advantage of the all inclusive community amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, ATM machine and 24 Hours Security, 1 car parking and more.
Whether you're in town to work on your tan or celebrate your anniversary or play golf at the Riviera Country Club, this is the ultimate home base!

Kitchen is fully equipped – all utensils – pots, pans and cooking equipment. Kitchen appliances include Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, stove top twin burner, KEURIC and classic coffee maker. The spacious bathroom with dual vanities is accessible from the bedroom and the kitchen area. Bathroom equipped with oversize shower. There are 2 flat screen TV, Wireless internet. This condo is located in the tower - on the 11th floor in the northwest corner - perfect view of the ocean & the river.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 30 years of age to book.
No excess use of alcohol or drugs is allowed. NO smoking building.
Families only during Spring Break.
Group of young adults will be turned away at the property.
Photo ID is required before check-in to prove guests age prior to arrival/check-in and will be turned away without a refund if in violation of this rule.
Security damage deposit is $200.00

We didn’t check in as when we arrived the entire place was under construction. The pools the restaurant even the elevator were out of order. None of this was disclosed. Only thing rgat she told us was under construction was the parking NOthing else. I will be demanding my money back

Not satisfactory

Listing says all linens are provided and that there is a washer and dryer. ONE washer and dryer are working on a Different floor. My daughter and I have long hair, and we booked for five nights. There were only enough washcloths and towels for two nights. Not only was it a huge inconvenience to try to find quarters to operate the machines as there are none available on property but the the dryer didn’t even dry our four towels in 1 1/2 hours, had to hang them to finish drying. If I had known, I would have brought my own. I asked to have 6 washcloths and thee towels left at the front desk (because I didn’t want anyone going IN my room while I wasn’t there). The host said I would be charged 35 if I needed more. I didn’t see this message until we got back to our room from my dancer daughters’ competition at midnight. Was told that I could make a copy of parking pass for our second vehicle at UPS across the street. That is not the case. We ended up having to leave our second vehicle at our dancer daughters’ hotel 20 minutes away. Also, there were no checkout instructions other than adjusting thermostat, leave bed lines On the bed , and return parking pass to room. did these and emptied our trash, the refrigerator, and put all dirty towels in a pile next to the shower… and the host said 35 because I Used all the towels and left the towels on the floor Next to the shower. I have no clue what I was supposed to do with them. And we did Not use any beach towels nor 2 of the extra.

Fun beach weekend

This condo is a very clean and nice place to stay. The kids love the pool and beach. There are plenty of stores for shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay. The room was just the right fit for my family and it was very clean and accommodating. I know due the hurricane some of the amenities are being repaired so once the Hotel is repaired it will be even more awesome.

Exactly what we needed. A clean condo with parking. Space was what is advertised. Owner was easy to communicate with. We had a great time.

Terrific place on the beach

This was a great place to stay on Daytona Beach. This condo was clean and all of the essentials were available. I had kids ranging from 4 to 18 and everyone had a great time!

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit was stocked well beyond any other VRBO property that we have ever rented. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again.

Daytona condo

The owner was extremely trustworthy and kind. We had a small communication delay when booking and she corrected it fairly. The unit was as the promised. She had so many added conveniences in the condo. So kind to supply these extras. The property did have a few disappointments. On the Web site for the resort they stated breakfast was an option and stated a movie poolside. Neither of these were available. Also had to get maintenance to correct hot tub temp-was not heating at all. These negative issues were nothing the owner had control of. The unit was awesome.
