SOL SEARCHING is just a short walk to the beach walkover or to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of the resort amenities & infinity pool. Featuring two bedrooms and two baths, this condo has been beautifully updated making this the perfect beach getaway to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Soak in the beachfront views from the spacious and private balcony offering a new outdoor dining table for enjoying meals or cocktails while listening to the sounds of the gulf.

This condo offers: a king bedroom in the master-ensuite bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds (Full over King) & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping 7 comfortably. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout or stream the latest movie on 3 High-Def LED TVs located in the living and bedrooms. This unit is also equipped with a high chair, pack n play, arcade style games and much more!
*A storage locker is not provided for this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
